Other than lack of a balcony and lack of English, it's a very nice hotel and very nice rooms at a decent price...

​The strategic location in Chanthaburi city is a major asset, with Central and Robinson Chanthaburi easily accessible on foot. Its immediate proximity to local hubs like Centric and Jingjo Markets provides unlimited local dining choices, enhancing the guest experience.
​A crucial point of difference is the staff's personal touch; a particular employee consistently remembers my name and offers a warm, personalized welcome, which builds strong loyalty. I must also highlight the incredibly warm and genuine service from the staff at the congee station (the lady who calls herself Paa); her personalized attention makes the dining experience feel truly familial. Highly recommended to both business and leisure travelers.

Location : located in the center of the city. Opposite Robinson department store.
Cleanliness : very good.
Room type : recommend river view than the city view.
Bed & pillow : So simple compare to the money we paid. It should be replaced by a better bed and pillow.
Bath tub : is too high to climb into the bath tub especially for the elderly.
Breakfast : Is so simple compare to the hotel grade and room price.

The location was great, 5 minutes walk from Starbucks and shopping mall. The staff were very professional and friendly and fluent in English. The rooms and hotel were kept extremely clean and bed very comfortable. Lovely verandah off room overlooking river and mountains. Highly recommend

The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice. The breakfast is very tasty and they have a different menu everyday. There's a night market nearby; 8 minute walk.

Nice hotel and great river view. The only let down was breakfast. Very poor and small choice. I asked for an omelette and they said “cannot” even though they were already frying eggs 🥴

Fantastic! Rooms were exceptionally clean and modern with great views of the river. Nice outdoor sitting area next the river with a well maintained garden. The shade and breeze is nice first thing in the morning. We were the only two guests and instead of preparing a full buffet and wasting the food, just prepared us individual plates which was perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive and aware of what the customers need and want.

Hotel and service was very nice but breakfast was very limited options.
