An older hotel with decent maintenance but in bad need of an update. The rooms are okay but definitely out of date. The bathroom was well worn and has a bathtub. The rooftop pool is barren and uninviting

3 stars but big and clean,room very convient .location in heart of old town.a big mull is near by.good restourants opposit to the hotel.

It was dimly lit, not many visitors, buffet breakfast discontinued, no toiletries in the washroom. It felt like the hotel is struggling hard to survive

Nice helpful staff. It must have been beautiful in its day. Rooms are big, it's not super modern but it was comfortable and clean. Great location for walking to Robinsons and Central

Swimming pool was very clean and well managed. There’s a well equipped gym as well as spa facility downstairs from the lobby. The breakfast options at the restaurant as well as the lunch/dinner options were amazing

The pool was amazing (plus you can order dinner and dine near the pool bar under the open sky

) We also opted to do the 1 day tour of Chanthaburi and that in itself was epic! The tour included: Making our own scented inhalers, dessert workshop, made silver rings at a jewellery workshop, walked the streets with our guide and had interactions with the locals

Five star experience! Truly enjoyed ourselves at this wonderful Hotel The room was immaculately presented with complementary water and soft drinks. The menu was expansive and delicious

There’s power outlets (UK) as well as USB-A ports by the bedside cabinets for easy access. The shower was a little confusing for me to use at first but it worked well - no issues

The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable — we even ended up buying two to take home! There’s also a balcony that’s perfect for drying clothes. The swimming pool is spacious, with a separate kids’ pool

There’s also a fitness center, and the bathrooms and changing rooms are big, clean, and have towels. Breakfast is amazing, with all sorts of local and Western dishes, plus Thai treats and yummy desserts

Plus, there’s a little balcony where you can dry your clothes! The swimming pool is huge, and there’s even a special one for the kids

A new hotel located just a short distance from downtown Tak — easy to get to and very convenient. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The room is well-equipped with a work desk, refrigerator, and TV

There are fried eggs, sausages, fried rice, porridge, sticky rice with fried pork, soy milk, tea, coffee, and even traditional Thai desserts like tako, khao niew sangkaya, and khao niew na goong

Really lovely quiet hotel. Usually has a good evening breeze off the river. Pool re-tiled late 2025 so is now better than before. I use this occasionally just for the peace away from Chanthabur city.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. This hotel offers good price and nice riverside view. Recommend for those who love to chill out at the pool and laid back

Small portion for breakfast One thing that the hotel should really reconsider is charging for the second blanket for 250 THB/extra piece/per night. What for? Everybody has their own preferences while sleeping

Only one thing made me unconfortable is the water pressure of the shower is very low. We cannot use the shower head which equipped with the hot water heater to wash our hair

I loved the balcony facing the river and the pool. There's limited parking spaces tight inside the premises but there's extra parking dpace just opposite the hotel

Clean and new building and facilities. Bedroom has a space not to tight. It separates between dry and wet area. Porch is over looking blue crystal rectangular pool. Fitness is at the same floor of the pool

The room is clean, new, the air conditioning is very cold, everything is in order, all the staff take very good care of you, it is near the sea, just a few steps away, quiet and private, good breakfast, easy to travel, feel safe when sleeping, the only problem is that the water flows a bit slowly, if it can be fixed, it will be very good

Here is nice and quiet hotel in front of beach. Have swimming pool and access to sea. Beach is clean with natural soft sand.

Sea view room are good if able to get by booking early. Can eat dinner on beach with Rabian chan restaurant belong to resort

The mattress is very comfortable—you’ll sleep soundly through the night and wake up refreshed for the delicious breakfast congee (khao tom)

Isolated location (but 10 min from the mall) staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. It was a perfect hideaway.

A quiet resort right on the beach with beautiful wooden bungalows. The people are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant closes at 7. The food there is good and we would have liked to stay there longer

Many hotels lack shade, but Chivaree is great. The pool is ocean front, the beach is beyond excellent. Restaurant has the best cook on Chao Lao

The rooms are air-conditioned, beds are made every day, pillows are great, washroom and shower are outside but privately enclosed. It's very important to have shaded areas to recline and enjoy the ocean view

Despite my reservation about the open plan bathroom, it was beautiful and a delight and no bugs. We had both breakfast and dinner here and the food was delicious. The beach was lovely, quiet and clean

The staff at the bar are great. Breakfast is a buffet style,eggs, sausage, fruit, salad, juice, coffee etc, but you also order a main dish, omelette etc. The pool is nice and refreshing, especially this time of year

Easy to find, around 5 kilometres from city, easy to locate, park and check in. Indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, great space to relax outdoors, directly next to the river. The bed and pillows are amazingly comofortable

The lights can all be worked from a central console near the bed, very good idea. Food at night was a little pricey, but nothing overboard. The atmosphere while you eat at the side of the river is fantastic

We came back to play in the pool. Overall, the activities were fun. There was a buffet and karaoke on the island. I would only like to add that the room is clean. Most of the staff provided good service and spoke well

It's a place I want to go every Songkran. It's so much fun! The staff are super friendly. The stage is fully equipped. It's so much fun to sing, dance, and have fun. I love it!

If have mobility issues it might not be ok. If grab bars were put next to the bed and commode it might help. Overall happy, pleasant staff, quiet. Small pool, pool more to relax not swim

Breakfast area is next to the pool and can relax buy a soda or beer to relax. Breakfast is congee or eggs and sausage

It's a very secluded place, very quite, no activity nearby. Personally I would not recommend it for tourists who visit for short period. But if someone like calm and quite place, then it's a good choice

A dreamy hotel, lots of trees, plenty of shade, and a great pool. You can't ask for more! 300 meters to the fantastic fish restaurant and another 200 meters to the water, to the fishermen

The rooms are reasonably priced, have parking, and come in a variety of styles. There is also a swimming pool available. On the day I went, there was no breakfast or service.

So it smells a bit musty, lots of mosquitoes and bites a lot. There are soap and shampoo, each bottle of water, a refrigerator, blue towels. no handkerchief The staff recommended it well

Come 4 people, 2 girls, 2 children, book 2 double beds, get it for 1500 baht, have breakfast, have a swimming pool, the resort is quite old

The room is very spacious, the air conditioner is cool, the bathroom is spacious, there is warm water, there is a hair dryer, breakfast is porridge + Patongko + watermelon, tastes okay.

This is such a great place and the owner is very friendly. Fresh breakfast at our place, free bicycles so we could tour around on the bikes. Laem Sing is small and not a lot of tourist

If you like to sit on a beach, quietness and friendly people go to Laem Sing!

Apart from that the place is good value for money, has friendly staff and located right across the small beach road. With proper curtains it could be a very nice place, without makes it hard to get a good nights sleep

The major problem were the bungalow curtains, which are very thin, so light comes in during the night and the room lights up early morning at sunrise

I thought the restaurant was fantastic, great thai menu with delicious food at reasonable prices, right on the river. Live music every night from 7pm. Enjoyed the stay, well worth the 5* review

We stayed here for 3 nights as a famile with three young daughters, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is charming and beautifully located right by the river, on a great street

Our room was cleaned daily, and even included a safe, which was a nice touch (even though the area feels very safe)

The hotel’s restaurant, set along the river, is a real highlight, with live music almost every evening and a lovely ambiance. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope we’ll have the chance to come back again
