Service-wise, good indeed! Porters will ask if you needed help with bags. Love the smiles around, from re eption, to staff and restaurant servers. The room I got is spacious and the bed is comfortable for a night's sleep. I loved the balcony facing the river and the pool. It was nostalgic at night. There's limited parking spaces tight inside the premises but there's extra parking dpace just opposite the hotel. Central Store is very near for a quick trip to the supermarket.

The hotel was very good, the rooms were especially clean, it wasn't an exceptionally great hotel, just an average one, and the price was quite reasonable. However, I couldn't sleep the first night because of flies that came into our room. On the second day, there was some kind of construction work going on, and there was a lot of noise from outside, so I couldn't sleep again. In short, I suffered from insomnia for two days. I'm not saying it's entirely the hotel's fault, but it was a bad experience for me.

Had problems with the air-conditioning that at first the hotel denied. I live in Australia and I know how aircon works. It took 2 hours of messing about before I forced them to give me another room. Hot water in the shower arsonist good enough.
The room is spacious and clean. If they fix the maintenance issues it will be a decent hotel. Breakfast included was ok.
Staff are pleasant even when I'm annoyed.

Nice and very clean hotel in a quiet area. Beds are large and comfy offering very good sleeping quality. Our room had a big balcony with a jacuzzi on it, which my partner loved. Pity that the bar and restaurant close very early and you need a car to visit the best places in the city.

Clean and new building and facilities. Bedroom has a space not to tight. Bathroom has a spacious. It separates between dry and wet area. Porch is over looking blue crystal rectangular pool. Fitness is at the same floor of the pool. Unfortunately there is NO wifi signal at the tiny gym. Hotel located along side the Chan river . Hotel is not in the old quarter. It is far from that area around 2 km. Good side is it is peaceful.
