Located inside the walls, walking distance to the 3 Kings Monument, Wat Phra Singh temple, TaPae gate. Generally quiet street but sometimes you hear music and pa announcement from the school infront during mornings. There's a lady selling padthai and noodle soup just across the street.

The couple managing the place are friendly and helpful with getting us a taxi for our tour, as well as giving tips about where to go.

The room and the bed is clean. The toilet looks a bit old. Hot shower is working. There's a bit of smell in the room. No views. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would book again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.

Nice and clean place to stay, kind of no frills but perfectly adequate, comfy beds, water and hot drink facilities provided, only thing that was missing was provision of soap for toilet and shower

The staff is very polite and helpful. The room needed some minor repairs but that didn't compromised the comfort. Nearby you can find restaurants, 7 Eleven, scooter rental, etc.

It’s well located, near the temples. It is cheap and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are not very big, but they are nice and comfortable.

Best stay in Chiang Mai. Huge room, clean, safe and near to historical monuments. Quiet jhaban road. Peaceful of mind stay here. Goods services and cheerful staff. Good aircond and also fan and hot shower. Free coffee at the pantry. Can see the chiang mai high hills view. And also fast wifi with many satelite channels tv. Largest room with balcony in chiang mai with best prices.
