The hotel was great location, and old hotel . So quiet easy to go around.

This hotel is ok. The staff were very good. The breakfast was excellent, the chef greeted people very professionally and in a friendly manner. There’s nothing to do around the hotel. Though it’s a riverside hotel, there’s nothing there for riverside activities. Most of the food shops and massages were very simple. The hotel has an excellent location. It looks very posh from the outside. The rooms inside are quite simple but clean. They feature balconies. The air conditioning works well. New, modern and beautifully designed hotel. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. Minor downsides: small elevators (only two), relatively small pool, and soundproofing could be improved. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend.

The rooms were comfortable, and my kids absolutely loved the pool – they didn't want to leave after three days! The best part, though, was the kids' club. As a solo parent traveling with children, it was a lifesaver, allowing me to go shopping and relax. It was truly ideal. The kids even said they want to stay here again next time we're in Chiang Mai.

If you're particular about sound insulation, this might not be the best choice. There were plenty of dining options downstairs and no shortage of convenience stores. Overall, it offered great value for money.

Second time I have stay at Dusit. Hotel is always very clean and comfortable. Rooms are large , ensuite is very nice. Locations is perfect .
