Great location , good service but only needs to change the light bulbs at all hallways . It looks creepy and too dark and look hunting . Great breakfast and location and good value . Bathroom is tiny and wet bathroom hope to be improved

An excellent hotel in every way. Staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and were always smiling. Room was very clean and smelt nice. Also breakfast was amazing and the omelette was delicious! Great value as I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel! Good location too, with a self service laundry next door.

Fantastic location and excellent staff willing to help. The room, however, being on the ground floor right next to reception and the elevators you would like to think that the door was sound proof, unfortunately it was not and I could hear everything throughout the night and early mornings. The shower was very difficult to shower in based on how small it was and the lack of towel racks was annoying whilst trying to cut down on the hotel having wash them daily.
But other than that I would recommend to all to stay - the size of the bed was huge and a definite highlight!

This place was very good. The pool was nice and the room was clean. The breakfast has many options. Definitely recommended!

Overall, the hotel is pretty good, especially its exterior. It's easy to find with a large, visible logo, and the ambiance is very pleasant. Even though we visited on a weekend, there was plenty of parking, which was super convenient. However, the room's furniture and bedding were quite old and dated.

The room was nice compare to the other hotels ive been too. They had staff waiting for you at the front it take your bags and escort you to your room. Came with great amenities and services. Slippers were provided and they were comfortable. Location is near the night market bazaar and bus station.

Well located close to night market. There is no elevators however I requested ground floor which was great. Nice pool area, breakfast was good for this standard hotel. Beds hard along with pillows typical of many Asian hotels. Good value for the money. Would stay again.

The hotel was well located but the room was dark and didn't have much inside light. The sheets were stained and dirty, wich is not acceptable for a 3-star hotel.The bathroom door didn't close properly and stayed slightly open, and the walls were thin, so we could hear guests passing by. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.
