The hotel is really nice. However, I was there during November 2025 and the weather was abnormally cold. Because of that and a missing heater in each room (well its Thailand), during the night it was quite cold (one of my friends even had to ask for a second blanked). Another thing, which normally would not be a problem, is that the pool isn't heated as well. Besides that great experience! If you're not picking dates where the whether isn't abnormal cold, this is hotel is a 5/5 in every aspect, I'd say.

This hotel has different pros and cons and the cons seem to outweigh the pros in my opinion. The pros are that this hotel is located in a lush garden, which is great if you want to wake up everyday in such an environment. The staffs are friendly. The rooms are big and quite beautiful. However, there are several significant issues. First, there are a lot of mosquitos in and out of the room, and they look quite aggressive. It is no surprise because the staffs fully open all the window and doors during cleaning. The pool is beautiful but no one uses it because it is freezing cold. This has been repeatedly mentioned in other reviews. So you have the weird situation that everyone just sits around the pool feeding the mosquitos. The internet in the room was very poor. The room has hidden spots which are extremely dirty, such as the bathroom window area. The hotel is also a bit far from the center, so you need to use grab.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was completely amazed. The lobby is stunning, with an elegant, luxurious atmosphere, and the service is extremely professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The path to the rooms is surrounded by beautiful gardens, palm trees, and lush vegetation, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment from the very first moment. The pool is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the views after a day of sightseeing.

The rooms are large, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is very varied, with both local and international options, perfect for starting the day energized.

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the center of Chiang Rai, making it easy to explore temples, markets, and restaurants.

Without a doubt, this has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, combining comfort, understated luxury, and impeccable service. I will definitely return.

Nice place and garden near city centrum.

Loved the stay, very beautiful landscaping and warm welcoming staff. As as Indian, found the food options to be limited but otherwise everything is very nice. The swimming pool is very good.

The resort doesn’t have laundry and ironing service. There’s a shop right across the street but operating hours are limited.

Look for the cute cat that roams around, he is very friendly.

We found this gem to be wonderful, kind caring staff all ways willing to help no matter how small the issue. My wife and I would recommend this lovely place to our friends and family

Really nice hotel and gardens beautifully taken care .
Rooms were spacious, cleaned and comfortable .
The pool is beautiful and towels are picked up there. Squirrels can be found around the property, but also some biting ants .
Breakfast had a good variety on food and a cooker was there to prepare a fresh omelete/scrambled eggs.

Great value for a lovely resort. Breakfast had a good selection of Thai and Western foods, and a salad bar. Our room was huge and comfortable. Unfortunately it rained our whole stay but the pool looked nice too.
