It is a clean HOSTEL. The owner is very friendly and kind. I have stayed here twice and I think I will definitely stay there again.

Hostel location is good, very close to night market and Chiang Rai bus terminal 1. Unlimited hot and cold drinking water is provided, breakfast is basic and eggs are cooked when ordered. The lady owner was very kind and she stayed late for our late check-in time and provided us of what we requested. The reception girl was so helpful to book a tour for us. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at this hostel.

The decoration is old, but the sanitation is still clean. There are no slippers and disposable toiletries. There are hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. The bathroom is large. There is an instant hot water heater. There is no hot water in the wash basin. The waiter's attitude is cold and not beautiful. The breakfast is a simple meal, without any vegetables. The waiter did not explain the check-in situation in detail. Everything is still in line with the price. After all, the price near the night market is expensive. If you do not need to provide booking information when entering the country, you will definitely not accept such conditions and services.

This is a very friendly place. The owners are very loving and considerate of tourists. If I come back next time, I will choose this hotel again. I think that by improving the place, they can solve tourists’ travel doubts. For example, I asked them if they could play ATV there, but he said he didn’t know, but we provide such activities in the Holy Lion Park. Although the Holy Lion Park The matter has nothing to do with them, but being able to provide information also adds value to itself and provides convenience to tourists.

we are finishing up a month in Thailand and have stayed at a dozen places. Everyone has always been very nice, but at Connect Hostel, the entire staff is absolutely awesome. They are always smiling, always doing things to help that you didn’t even ask for but they saw could be helpful for you (like calling around to find you transportation options that you didn’t even ask for, ordering new kids helmets for riding scooters since they didn’t have them, again without even asking).

They just genuinely want to run a place that takes care of the people that stay with them and I don’t know what else you would want!

Other perks- very clean, water machines with filtered cold water, pancake machine in the morning, very stable good internet connection throughout, super safe locked building at night, plenty of common areas to do work, laundry machines on site, 10 minute walk to bus station!
