I arranged for a taxi from Terminal 1 upon arrival, but it was a different hotel. I wanted to have dinner in Chiang Rai, so I called a taxi from the hotel, but the driver had trouble locating the hotel along the way.
It was already pitch black and raining.
After waiting 20 minutes, he finally arrived.
Furthermore, when I returned to the hotel around 8:00 that same day, I took a Somteo bus in Chiang Rai city, showed him the hotel's business card, and asked to be taken to Happy Room.
However, once again, I ended up at a different hotel.
The driver hurriedly headed back to my accommodation!
However, to my surprise, he suddenly said he didn't know the way, and we ended up getting lost for about two hours.
I paid 100 baht for the ride, but ended up paying 250 baht.
I made a reservation with your company, but I'm very disappointed.
There are two Happy Room locations in Chiang Rai.
Bolt drivers, Somteo drivers,
and Grab drivers all make the same mistakes.
