A short but very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful and offers plenty of space, amenities, and leisure options. Only two points to consider: breakfast choices were somewhat limited, and communication in English with the staff was occasionally a bit challenging, but overall nothing problematic.

We were lucky to catch the LED light decor in the garden area of the hotel.

Perfect hotel for a family vacation. The hotel decoration is so nicely done. The hotel staff are also very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a surprise with many varieties. Room is also very spacious and clean. The bathroom is perfect with a dressing table.

We had a comfortable 2 nights stay at The Riverie. Its location and the property provides for a peaceful surrounding & proximity to the tourist spots in the Chiang Rai municipality. It’s perfect for families with kids as it provides for a kids club, an aqua park and the swimming pool for the kids to play around. The property is on an island on the Mae Kok river. We thoroughly enjoined their breakfast buffet and their food menu at the Blossoms All Day Dining has many options even for vegetarians. And also availed the option to order lunch using the Grab mobile application from restaurants near the hotel or buy fruits just outside of the hotel. Their Christmas & new year decorations was enchanting. The staff were very professional and helpful. We had the view of the river, lawn & front of the hotel from our room on the 8th floor. The room was spacious with the basic amenities but surprisingly didn’t had a latch on the sliding washroom door and didn’t have an iron/iron board (not sure if it was available on demand). Overall, we were very much satisfied with our stay at The Riverie and would definitely stay here in future.

The grounds are vast and expansive, with towering trees providing ample shade and lush vegetation everywhere. The Kok River flows gently by, creating a picturesque scene. From the pool, you can overlook the river, and the blend of primeval and modern beauty is truly breathtaking! The Christmas decorations were elaborate, and the Christmas Eve atmosphere was vibrant. Definitely worth choosing!

The hotel is excellent – the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is nice, and the beds are large enough for a family to sleep comfortably. The view is beautiful, and the swimming pool is big. There’s also a kids’ club, so you don’t even need to go outside — you can enjoy activities all day right at the hotel. The staff are friendly from the entrance to every corner. The shops inside the hotel sell items at reasonable prices. The breakfast is delicious, and the service is outstanding.
