Good place to stay. A variety of rooms are available at a very good price.

I want to give many stars as the staff are BRILLIANT. Warm welcome to us on arrival. The rooms just need more cleaning and the general area of the place looks little neglected. Management take note. This accomodation could be booked out.

Very clean and large bungalow. Friendly staff, quiet location, 10 minutes walk to 7eleven, 20 minutes to the town centre. Has washing machines for use, Coffee/tea and sandwich included for breakfast.

The resort is within the city area opposite a river. Very quite and peaceful atmosphere if you do not like the hassle of busy city areas. However, it will take you 20 minutes to walk to the Walking Street. Hotel is actually a bunglow with big spacious room. You have your own parking space. Facilities are acceptable and rate is affordable too. They have friendly staff too.

This place was great. We could park our car right beside the bungalow.... Charge 400 key deposit that they refund when you leave. Two waters will be waiting in the fridge. The bed was fine, sheets clean. Air conditioning works. Management was fantastic and brought breakfast to the room. Has a little table outside to use in front of bungalow. Highly recommend especially if you have dogs.

Very good place to stay overnight when on a road trip from Bangkok to Phuket and want to stop halfway. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Nice restaurant with a lot of food options at the back. Not so sure if there's anything in the neighborhood to do or see.

It was a nice place. We just spent one quick night there. The beds were a little bit hard for me. AC unit was loud. The staff was really friendly. No problem taking our two dogs. It was a really quiet place. They bring breakfast to your room at 8:00 a.m..

The rooms are big, clean, private, new with a good price as well, having to go a bit far from Chumphon town But it's worth it.

Overall room is ok, but the fact that you cannot open the window is really bad. You can't put some fresh air ij the room, only if you open the feont door. Not convenient at all! The other things was fine, it's cheap room so I didn't expect a lot.

Very good quality for price rooms located in a quiet and pretty area. The owner is very friendly and lent me his motorbike the first evening, and called over someone the day after so I could rent one.

A little village of cute, brightly-painted and spotlessly clean bungalows at an amazing price, just a couple hundred yards from Sairee Beach and a short drive to all the other (and better) beaches of the Chumphon area. Note that it's a Thai-style resort, with a Thai-style bed (beyond firm), and there's no pool here, but a great stopover at an unbeatable price, with a Thai breakfast in the morning

Beautiful bungalows and lovely grounds. The two stars deducted are because 1. the Beach Resort does not take care at all of its beach section. There was a very large gecko in the bathroom, and the owner's auntie liked to come and disturb us while we were eating, which made us feel a lack of privacy.

One of the most beautiful hotels for miles around. Too bad the beach is littered with broken glass and can lids, various plastics. Non-existent staff. Too bad because the restaurant is magnificent but no service before noon unless you have had breakfast lunch included.

I stayed for two nights. The first night, I arrived around 3 a.m. and got a room that smelled musty and had gecko poop in it. The bedding was very itchy, and the shower hose in the bathroom was leaking. In the morning, I asked the staff to change rooms. They did, but initially, they seemed unwilling to. It is a good break after a long roadtrip at the Mercy. Breakfast was served right on time at my room. Bed is comfortable with new towels. I have a good sleep there.

This is worth a visit. Affordable stay and food. What standout the most is their customer service. It comes natural. The lady in the restaurant always smile us at :) very friendly approachable and helpful. Also the reception. I commend all their staff. The place is clean. Quiet and they offer affordable food.

The smell of sewerage in the toilet is really too strong. There are too many mosquitoes in the single-family cabin on the first floor. Everything else is fine and very clean.

A very nice place to stay, right next to the lomprayah port so very convenient. A little expensive for what it is but great location for lomprayah. The place next door does expensive meals, other than that there's not many options, we went to the local shop just down the road and got some noodles and snacks ( just walk in the opposite direction of lomprayah for a couple of minutes). Stayed there for one night. It’s the perfect location for taking the ferry the next day to Koh Tao or Koh Samui. We are definitely staying there again.

Location is great for catching the ferry - you can literally turn up at the time of boarding (normally 15 min before the time of the ticket) and don’t have to wait at the pier. The rooms are basic. Disappointed they wouldn’t allow us to check in early even though we were the only guests that night and by the looks of it all rooms were empty.

The overall feeling is pretty good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. wif i works very well. There are not many rooms in the hotel, and the only way to get to the hotel is by taxi or car. Very close to the pier.

Great place to stay if you try to catch the early boat. The restaurant next door has pretty tasty food. You can swim at the beach and also snorkel, since there are some corals at the rocky part of the beach.

They checked me in without a hitch, and in the morning they took me to the airport for a fee. The place is strange, like the city itself. It's fine for a one-night stay near the airport.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to rest and unwind. The room was clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was basic but fresh and satisfying — a good start to the day. A very nice and well-located hotel in the city center. Spacious rooms. Walking distance to shops and the famous street food market. Good service and friendly staff. Beautiful pool. There's also a nice coffee shop next to the hotel. We had delicious coffee and a mocktail. I will definitely come back.

Room 509 was right by the elevator, so it was a bit noisy with people passing by. The air conditioning also made a loud humming sound, which made it really hard to sleep.

One of the better hotels in this sleepy town. Location is fairly central, with the train station down the end of the road. Airport and Ferry pier are far away. Basic hotel, but decent value for money. Bathroom smelled of wet dog and/or sewer.

Great central hotel. Checked in early. Left early on the last day and they organised breakfast early for us. About a 15 min walk to the train station. Would stay again. Breakfast is served in a rooftop restaurant and has a fair selection of.

We took the night train from Bkk to Chumphon. We missed the ferry by a few minutes. Traveling with a toddler we needed a comfy place to be for the next 5h. The people at Fame was very welcoming and wanted to help us in every possible way. I highly recommend this place!

We only booked a room between the arrival of the Lomprayah Ferry and the departure of our night train. We did not sleep here, but used the room for five hours to store or luggage, rest a bit and to take a shower. A clean room, hot shower and good beds for just 300 baht / € 6,50. Can anybody complain for that price?

chumphon it’s a great starting point for many different kinds of travelers bus pick up from hostel is available to go to ko tao and ko pha nang . Sud ( salsa hostel’s owner ) it’s just the guy you need to know, he’s from chumphon himself but has some serious knowledge about whole thailand, he’s actively involved on many charity activities focused on helping the environment of chumphon and their inhabitants...

Facilities were aligned with the price but the rooms were damaged with old dirty furniture not matching what was shown in the photos. Towels were provided but no soap. Many insects were in the room

The entrance is a little scary, but overall, the rooms and service are excellent, there are lovely local owners to play with.
