Beautiful bungalows and lovely grounds. The two stars deducted are because
1. the Beach Resort does not take care at all of its beach section. When we were there, it was littered with rubbish, so unusable and ugly. The guests started clearing away the rubbish, while the staff ignored it.
2. We did not like the restaurant. The staff seemed unmotivated and it was a matter of luck whether or not there were any service staff there during opening hours.

There was a very large gecko in the bathroom, and the owner's auntie liked to come and disturb us while we were eating, which made us feel a lack of privacy.

Nice beach, BF is fine but the cost of lodging is not value for thai traditional house. Extra charge for kid13 is too expensive. The decoration is not safe in term of lodging (shape dec. at the entrance could be hit). Chicken wake us up at 5.00!! during ralaxing time!!

One of the most beautiful hotels for miles around.
Too bad the beach is littered with broken glass and can lids, various plastics.
Non-existent staff. Too bad because the restaurant is magnificent but no service before noon unless you have had breakfast lunch included.

The dinner was inedible fish pieces deep fried and full of oil. However the chips were nice and the location is wonderful.
Egg on toast for breakfast was 5,*.
