We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vista Pool Villa! The views were breathtaking waking up to that scenery every morning never got old, and it made the whole trip feel special. Our kids had an absolute blast, especially with the pool; we practically had to drag them out each day. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and delicious with plenty of options to keep everyone happy. And the staff truly made the difference, friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better family getaway and can’t wait to come back!

Just got back from a few nights at Vista Pool Villa and honestly didn’t want to leave! The view from the villa was something else, you really can’t beat that scenery with your morning coffee. The kids were in heaven, spending pretty much every waking hour in the pool. Breakfast deserves a special mention too: great variety, always fresh, and a lovely way to start the day. What stood out most for us was the staff , nothing was ever too much trouble and they made our family feel so welcome. Already trying to plan our next trip back. Highly recommend for anyone travelling with little ones!

Warning: Do NOT stay here – personal valuables stolen, hotel completely unresponsive

I cannot stress enough how dangerous and unprofessional this hotel is. During my stay, personal valuables (rings) went missing from the villa, and the management has shown complete disregard for my repeated attempts to resolve the issue.

They refuse to respond, refuse to acknowledge the theft in writing, and refuse any form of refund or compensation. This is not just careless — it is utterly negligent and irresponsible.

Travelers, beware: staying here puts your personal belongings at serious risk. The staff ignores messages, emails, and any attempts to address the problem. Their behavior is unacceptable and would leave anyone feeling stressed, cheated, and unsafe.

I strongly advise avoiding this hotel at all costs. Anyone considering staying here should know that there is a real risk of theft and no protection or support from management.

Great place and within budget if you book late availability. Great staff, had a issue with my first room "hardly any sun!" Manager quickly changed to a room witch the sun shines all day. Great food and pretty well priced. Good breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The hotel is located along a beautiful mountain range. The atmosphere is simply wonderful. The rooms are a bit older, but everything is clean and well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and always make an effort to fulfill every request. There is a very, very pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The management truly deserves praise — they take care of everything, so you really feel completely comfortable and well looked after. The staff are friendly and approachable. They greet you and assist in everything. However, the room is not well maintained and need to clean coz there was spider web in the bathroom. The bed wasn’t so comfortable and was struggling to sleep. Maybe in the future they can put topper to make it softer. The pool was the highlight of everything. Having a private pool in the room is a great idea for travelers.

The accommodation has a good atmosphere, is clean, and peaceful. It is not far from Kanchanaburi city. The breakfast is delicious. I really like the breakfast here. Most importantly, the staff provides excellent service, is polite, and gives good advice.
