On a small discreet side street but walking distance to excellent street food and more animation. The hostess is very nice, the room is clean, the AC works and the cat is adorable. Nice and affordable place overall, would go back.

This guesthouse is very near the bus station, about 5 minutes away. The room is clean and neat. You can opt for a cheaper fan room with shared toilets and bathrooms (no heater), or choose an aircon room with attached toilet.
The owner is a very nice and friendly elderly lady. She can suggest where to go if you are unsure of the places to visit. You can rent a bicycle (50 baht/day) or motorbike if you like to venture out on your own.
There are a few options for a simple breakfast and you can get coffee for 10 baht. A no-frills lodging but definitely value for money!

Everything was perfect. The guesthouse is very cosy and comfortable, located 5 minutes away from the bus station and night market, in a quiet location. We had the new superior room which was very nice. The laundry is cheap, the breakfast is good, and the family who owns the place is so gentle and helpful. The lady agreed to keep my bag during the Kanchanaburi motorbike loop. She also speaks very good english. Thanks again for everything

Pro: good location, just behind the bus station. Lots of food nearby. Night market and scenic river nearby. Lots of cats. Affordable price.
Cons: rooms are too small. Saw centipede and geckos in the room. No room cleaning service. No chair, table in the room. Wash basin in the room.

Lovely stay, just 2 mins walk from bus station.
Dont expect luxuries of hotel, instead consider it like trvelling to a friends and u will have a lovely time. It has all the necessities like warm water, hair dryer, study light, AC and even toiletaries.
Smoking is not allowed in room, but theres a small beautiful garden with cats and turtles

The rooms were so clean and the staff were lovely! Really recommend. You can also rent bikes for the day for super cheap

The room was not spacious, but the interior was well designed and clean so that it was not a problem. The room had no windows, but the shared space was spacious and comfortable, so I used it.

My favorite place to stay in Kanchanaburi. I always enjoy my stay here. I love this place, its owners, the Coffe cat (he always acts like the owner of this place 🤭), and also the turtles. See you soon again 👋🙏🙏
