Beautiful hotel, great view, very nice weather, very clean rooms. Very good staff. Smiling, polite, convenient parking, delicious food, but a bit pricey.

The hotel is in a tourist area, close to restaurants and cafes, and right by the waterfront with a nice atmosphere. I booked a family room, but was only able to check in at 4 pm because the room wasn't ready yet. The staff resolved the issue well by letting me wait in another room.

What a wonderful stay! We were welcomed so warmly by all the staff. The room smelt lovely - all the linen and towels smelt amazing! Comfortable beds…..Breakfast delicious and plentiful, one of the best I’ve had. We ate dinner there on our second night, also delicious. Location perfect for relaxing but also not far from the museums etc, reception arranged a taxi for the Hell Fire Pass centre.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return or to recommend this lovely hotel.

Had a very pleasant surprised on check-in, we were upgraded. The checkin was smooth, receptionist was helpful and friendly. Walked us to our rooms herself. Love the ground, well kept, clean and well lighted.
Breakfast was really good. Check-out was efficient. Kindly of the hotel to say we can pick a complimentary drink each from the mini bar.

Hotel is located next to the attractions and river made it very convenient to go around.

When we check in at afte r2 pm but the room was not ready yet and the bed and pillow was uncomfortable

The hotel staff throughout were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our hot water went off. By the time I had got back from the reception , the repair man was knocking on the door. He repaired the fault within 10 mins by fitting a new valve. The grounds were kept immaculate all of the time . The rooms were lovely and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent food all day long. The setting was beautiful alongside the river. The breakfast was superb from quality of food to choice to suit every palate.. Truly this is a gem of a hotel who do everything to make your stay perfect. They organised 2 day tours with private taxi which were perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My parents and I really enjoyed our stay here — the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, with a stunning view of the River Kwai Bridge. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety, which made our mornings even better. The only downside was that the courtyard room didn’t get much natural light, so it wasn’t the best spot to relax on a gloomy day, and the hot water took quite a while to heat up. But overall, it was a lovely experience and we had a great time!

This restaurant catering Thai foods somehow you can eat as well.One server can speak English menu written in English too.Inexpensive ,surely you enjoy your local foods.Clean and comfortable with a good breeze and spectacular historical view of Bridge over the River Kwai.From.coffee, smoothies, juice and fruit juice are available. Fried chicken, fried fish , fried rice are safety for your taste🤣.The rest stated to menu is out of your comfort zone lifestyle type of food.Still highly recommended!! 555
