Lovely stay, just 2 mins walk from bus station. Dont expect luxuries of hotel, instead consider it like trvelling to a friends and u will have a lovely time. It has all the necessities like warm water, hair dryer, study light, AC and even toiletaries. Smoking is not allowed in room, but theres a small beautiful garden with cats and turtles

It was a very clean, cute guesthouse, and the owners were very friendly and cozy. However, the dog they kept there barked quite a bit, which was a bit scary.

Family-run guesthouse with about 10 rooms, I had a large double room on the first floor with balcony. About a 5-10minute walk from the main road with all bars and restaurants in a lovely, backroad setting. A lovely welcome from the host and help with arranging scooter hire and food recommendations. Had an absolutely fantastic stay in Kanchanaburi and VN Guesthouse was a lovely place to set up camp. Rooms were clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Very kind and helpful hostel wardens! Nice coffee shop to the road, while rooms are in the back and therefore not as loud/noisy as the main road. Rooms are very clean with modern interior, so is the bath room. Fridge (!), wifi, A/C, hair dryer and TV on the room and inclusive.

The bathroom was tiny with the shower and toilet combined and a small wash basin that the door hit against on the way in. There’s no shelving either to place a toiletry bag etc. Coffee and biscuits, light snacks, are available as a substitute breakfast...

I had a very comfortable stay. There were lots of food stalls nearby, so I had no trouble finding something to eat. There were also convenience stores and coin laundries nearby, so I think the location is quite good.
