The rooms are clean, there's ample parking, the price isn't too high, and breakfast is decent.

A good and fresh hotel, perfect for a short stay. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was fresh. The only thing I missed was a safe in the room. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The staff were friendly and service-minded.

It was good, reasonable price. The breakfast was delicious, one set per person. There's an extra charge of 200 baht for a child sleeping in the room, which is okay, but they don't provide extra towels, and you can't even ask for them. All you pay for is permission to stay and breakfast.

Great location — everything is within a 10-minute drive, including the River Kwai Bridge, Saphan Kwae Yai, Big C, JJ Night Market, and the Kanchanaburi Night Market. The only downside is that the bathroom had a bit of a smell. But overall, the stay was nice. Breakfast by the river was really relaxing, with a nice breeze and live violin music.

Nice hotel on the banks of the River Kwai, close to all JEATH museum and Bridge. Rooms are clean and well maintained, the bathroom need slight attention with mold around the shower unit but a minor issue. The hotel is very large, not very new, but clean. The location is good, not far from Kirimantra. The air conditioning is great, everything is good, but there's no kettle, which is confusing 🥲. I came back late from a concert and wanted to boil some instant noodles, but couldn't find the kettle! The reception was asleep too. Too bad. You have to call to request a hairdryer.

The room is very large. The bed was good. The room has an energy pane that controls lighting and air con. The outdoor space connected to the room is unique and comfortable. The grounds are lovely. Just bring something for mosquitoes. Not many shops around, but the area has some interesting sites.

Nice, comfortable place by the main road that's easy to get to if you're coming in with your own transport. Ample free parking. Big free breakfast with a choice of either Western (toast, eggs, bacon) or Thai cuisine (rice soup). The staff at the counter always had a smile on their face whenever they saw you, and can speak English with no problems. Beers available from the fridge by the reception....

Good place to rest your head for the night - perfect for the night (paid cash in baht, equivalent to $16 USD). Pretty bare bones place. Very clean and tidy, good wifi, and friendly staff. Also plenty of parking. Can walk out the door and be on the main drag in kanchanaburi to find food and such.

I toilet is only about 1 feet tall and after using the toilet, we had to flush the toilet for atleast 25 times because the toilet wouldn't flush. The bed and pillow is so soft that we can feel the springs in the bed. There are no mirrors, tables and chairs in the bedroom. The way u described it in the website and the result we got was different but, the riverside landscape was good.

New Resort, the Owner is a very sweet retired nurse. The resort is close to Kanchanaburi, but away from the noise and bustle of the Kanchanaburi river road. Simple yet always reliable place to stay in K-buri. Come here twice a year for ANZAC and Rememberance Day and always stay here. Comfy rooms, a bit Spartan but that's the charm. Beers in the lobby. Nice guesthouse for a short stay (3-7 nights). Street with restaurants, bars and shops is located just a stonethrow away. Tourist police stations nextdoor is very helpful too. This was the only accommodation without air conditioning during my trip to Thailand. Since the room was floating on the river, the heat wasn't a big deal, but the fan was a little loud. The shower worked well, so I was able to wash away the dust that had splashed on me through the window of the State Railway of Thailand.
