Everything was great! Unfortunately, there was no hair dryer. I'll definitely come back again.

The accommodation is a bit old, but it's not a problem. The accommodation has an elevator. The facilities are complete. It's near the lake and behind it there's a convenience store and a hair salon. There are restaurants in the surrounding area. Overall, it's good, not bad. I give it an overall score of 8/10.

The room is not bad but not very good for the price. Hair dryer can be borrowed from the front desk. I like watching TV but the TV is not working. In the morning, there is coffee and bread.

The bathroom door is broken and very difficult to open and close. The toilet doesn't flush. The TV doesn't work. The air conditioner can't be adjusted. The air conditioner is very old. There's no WiFi. The maid came to clean without notifying me in advance. I feel like I don't have any privacy.

This was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. We were only going to stay one night but we're so impressed with the hotel that we extend it to 5 nights. The room was large, air-conditioned and very clean. The owner is justly proud of the way he runs the hotel. Nice restaurant just in walking distance and still on the lake. Will definitely stay here again.

It might easily be full. So, if you are in town better check for room availability before doing other stuff. Also, packing might be limited for cars.

Hotel looking a bit tired in the usual Thailand way with loose toilet seats etc. However it is close to the falang area and cheap. Staff friendly enough.

The accommodation is close to the university. However, there is a problem with the air conditioner that cuts off every hour. The air conditioner cuts off 2-3 times. The staff gave me a basic solution for when the air conditioner cuts off. However, I would like the accommodation to fix the air conditioner problem for customers instead of having to reset it every hour. This is really unbearable.

stayed here 2 nights. it was decently clean, and provided what you needed for a night. only 500 baht. definitely worth the price. didn’t have a problem with the receptionist and they were nice. would come back. 👍

It is a in a narrow soi that floods heavily after strong rain. My superior room didn't have water kettle and coffee but lobby has those stuff. It is far from central plaza, you need grab taxi as walking or songthaew is not possible. There are some restaurants and 7-eleven nearby

Good service, friendly staffs, quiet and cheap but you should be careful if you wanna go to 7-11 on the main road at night there is a gang of dogs on the road in front of the hotel.

Clean, central location. One of the staff keeps their motorcycle blocking the ramp for luggage. Has been like thus for months forcing guests to bring suitcases up the stairs. With hot water machines (lobby and dining room) take 50 pumps to fill a coffee cup. It is impossible that management doesn't know about these 2 problems. Other than that this is a nice reasonably priced hotel.

This is my go-to place in Khon Kaen. It is a perfect blend of comfort, location, and affordability. I've stayed here many times and will return many more times.

A perfectly okay hotel located in the same area as a number of bars and restaurants. My room, a Standard room with a double bed, was 24 square meters at a price of 585 THB on a weekday. There was also a balcony with a nice view from the 5th floor, and a decent bathroom. There was a night guard on duty evening and night, and parking is available in front of the building.

Despite this apparently being a fairly new hotel, it didnt feel very modern. Had a very out of date non-smart tv and the recption was an extremely overcrowded little desk which an ugly big covid screen. Rooms were fine. Was kind of strange though as our balcony had glass stopping you being able to actually feel outside. The only connection to outside the balcony had was through the railing in the fence...

Solid 4/5 in this price range, rooms range from decent to pretty good depending on floor - top floor being the best : balcony view on temple, good AC & fresh air, sparkly clean. One minus : bed should be softer !

A check in before 2pm was not negotiable at all, which never has been an issue at other hotels previously, especially because most people usually check out after breakfast, which we saw next day. It's very good. Breakfast is provided. Although I didn't go to eat because I was too lazy, they have their own restaurant (6 o'clock-10 o'clock). There is a 711 near the hotel, there are also local restaurants, and there is a local small market where you can buy everything. When we get to the food, there is the hospital opposite, which is also the Kongda (Kongda is so big). Overall I feel very good

the hotel is cheap (790 Bht/night incl. breakfast. It is opposite Queen Sirikit Heart Centre, which makes it ver convenient for us.

This is in a brilliant position if you are going to Srinagarin hospital. Closest hotel. Staff very helpful. Rooms clean. Laundry quick and good. No food in the day but very good restaurant Tab Noor just across the road 20 metres away. Stayed many times and never a problem. That's why I recommend it. Breakfast very thai but no problem for foreigners. You will be able to have breakfast. Give it a try...

Great service mind staff. The room is clean and smell good that worth money with good price. They provide amenities and towels for 2 people. Hotel located nearby KKU which you can travel around uni which good for who need to visit university. I will surely stay here next time!

Fantastic golf course and not that expensive. The caddies are so helpful and can be quite fun when they realise that you don't take it too seriously.

Terrific challenging and enjoyable course to play. I'd be happy to call this course home and play here each week. The friendly Course Marshall keeps everyone moving, even the Koreans, every Thai course should have one! I love the island greens!

Definitely better than 2 stars. Price displayed here is wrong to. You get a top notch room for less. 20 meters from Nai Mueang road and 40 from lotus. Definitely a recommend.

Awesome find out here in the middle of what once was a jungle many many years ago. Easy access right off the highway that goes out to Chiang Yun towards Kalasin. Nice atmosphere. Very hospitable owner. Invited us to there kids birthday party with free dinner. I will surely come here again for many years to come. Highly recommended this place.
