It's a business and travelers hotel. Funktional but big rooms. Fried eggs are cold, toaster wasn't working ... OK for one night.

I booked room and when arrived showed confirmation and staff said no room was booked even after I showed payment and confirmation of room.

Bloody terrible. We caught a cab with all our luggage to the lake hotel that was booked through ******* and they turned us away saying there was no room and the hotel was full and that they don’t deal with ******* any more. ******* took our money but no rom available. We are in a foreign country visiting our sick father in hospital and have to deal with this on room if it. It was impossible to find a room and we had to stay at the hospital.

Stay away from this hotel, in their website the rooms look beautiful but are dirty rundown and water leaking everywhere.
Paid 3200 baht for 2 nights in a suite and was given a small dirty room, when I complained we were given the suite we paid for, when we moved in I had to complain again because the room was so dirty, they sent a maid to sweep the floor haha. Breakfast was advertised as delicious and plentiful from 6-10am when we got there at 9am it was nearly all gone all that was left was 1 egg and 2 out of 5 Thai dishes, the 3 empty trays were not replenished.Biggest mistake was paying for 2 nights in advance. We were so happy to be driving out of the place. Staff were so unpleasant.
STAY AWAY. Be warned.

Stayed as had early morning flight from Khon Kaen approximately 15 minute drive away. Hotel location close to ring road. Suite booked incorporated four poster bed and was clean and included jacuzzi bathtub (not utilized). External gym facility welcome if time permitted. Room rate included breakfast (although again not taken due to early flight). In conclusion, comfortable and reasonable value although a little soulless.

Rundown and very old hotel definitely not worth the price. In need of renovation or demolishment - dirty bathroom with old mould everywhere, peeling veneer off furniture, old and under-functioning air condition. We had 2 rooms for our family - in both rooms the shower was leaking, the toilet was leaking and the bathroom basin was leaking. This hotel should just be demolished.
Give this place a miss (especially given the exhorbitant prices they charge)

Reserve 3 rooms, get a room that doesn't match the description. When booking, it was a room in the building with a swimming pool. But let me stay in a room in another building. By denying responsibility that the trip had put in the wrong picture of the room. The room is very old. The ceiling, walls, and doors have inscription marks. The cement walls are moldy and swollen. Towels are torn and the color is very dull. They should not be used again. The sheets had blood stains, very bad. The bathroom, around the bidet hose. The water is always flooding even when not in use. Employees don't know. Unfriendly service
It's a shame that the place is spacious and should be renovated to make it better. Employees need to improve Manager as well Know the problem from subordinates But confirmed it was the agent's fault, go complain to trip.com yourself.

I stayed on the 3rd floor. The room was not clean as I expect. There were beer cans in the balcony. No small towel for hair. No light bulb in my room. The floor is dusty. I saw the staff use table cloth clean everything in the breakfast area including the fruit juice dispenser. Oh my god. So scary.
In my opinion, it’s not worth the price.
