A true haven of peace. While the hotel is a bit older, it's perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff is exceptional, with a rare kindness. Located in a quieter area, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, it's the ideal place to recharge and fully experience a different side of Thailand.

Aside from the breakfast being a bit basic, everything else is fine. Walking west along the beach, there's a reasonably priced beach restaurant.

A big positive surprise. Despite a real good position on the sunset side of the island, it was super quiet and very comfortable. In the back of this hotel is the intercontinental Hotel which comes for a multiple of the price. I would always prefer to ho back to this hotel. Great value, super friendly and genuinely helpful staff. Great location, spectacular sunsets, great sand beach for swimming....

I booked this stay just for myself, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed! Every little detail felt tailored to me, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. I stayed here ten years ago, and I love the hotel's decor style. While it definitely shows its age, the design is still very grand. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, and the prices aren't too expensive. However, I'm extremely unhappy because this time they gave me what must be the worst room in the entire hotel.

If you like private and quite, nice beach. But the room and cleaning are average.

The room was nice but the hot water wasn’t turned on until we asked the next morning. Felt safe here and staff was very nice. The immediate area was clean but unfortunately a walk along the beach shows lots of plastic on the beach area. Bigger problem than one resort can deal with.

Such a nice beach without so much people and the hotel beach has the best sunset view in the entire Koh Samui. The service is quite normal but the hotel is perfect on its own way. I will definitely come back to this hotel when i visit to Koh Samui again in my life.

Phangka Paradise is definitely not the flashiest resort, that said the staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The food at the cafe was great and really reasonably priced. A small paradise and Eden. This is my favourite place. So much so we are returning this year to stay for 1 month. The bungalows are extremely unique in their furnishings and is one of the key things that makes the bungalow we choose so special.
