Conrad Hotel in Taling Ngam Beach

Hely was excellent, providing a lot of support and help, and promptly resolved the issues I encountered. The hotel itself is good, but the quality of service from its staff is even more important. A perfect experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Koh Samui, where the service was excellent from start to finish. Ms. Zye and Mr. Thip were very professional, helpful, and kind and Ms. Nakhwan who drove us to our rooms gave a room tour and the entire experience was smooth and informative. The room that I booked was the Sunset Pool Villa and the whole atmosphere and environment was beyond my expectations.

Ms. Pleng, Ms. Ja, and Mr. Mark provided excellent rides around the resort. The rides were smooth and comfortable, and both were friendly, professional, and attentive, which added greatly to the overall experience.

The Dining experience here was remarkably pleasant, definitely worth to have a bite during the stay. The room service provided is excellent to the point that it feels too good.

The atmosphere throughout the resort was calm, pleasant, and relaxing, making it an ideal place to unwind. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for top-tier service and a peaceful luxury getaway.

Hailed as the most beautiful Conrad in the world, this hotel is built into the hillside with a beautifully tiered design. Every room boasts unparalleled views, making it the best spot on the island to watch the sunset. Its location, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, provides exceptional tranquility. The hotel offers Chinese butler service, providing meticulous and highly responsive care for every detail, from check-in to check-out. Transportation within the hotel relies on golf carts. The breakfast also deserves praise; although the variety isn't vast, the quality is excellent. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is a bit older, so some facilities are relatively dated. Perhaps due to environmental reasons, I couldn't find disposable slippers in the suite. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and it's definitely a top choice for couples!

The hotel environment and service are both excellent. The room views are also fantastic, highly recommended! The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices that cater to most tastes. There are also island hopping tours available for booking.

I booked this stay just for myself, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed! Every little detail felt tailored to me, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. Big thanks to Khun Mink, Daniel, and the rest of the staff, their warm, responsive care made my time at Conrad feel extra comfortable and truly welcoming. I left with a big smile and can’t wait to come back!

The best for an escape trip. So beautiful, so calm and healing.

The place is very well established. It‘s a bit regretful that we came during winter time so we could not swim in the ocean; but chilling at the beach and the pool is an amazing experience. The staffs were 10/10, they are very quick and attentive.

Great food, great villa and great service! I cannot ask for more!
