A decent hotel for the price. We stayed in a standalone villa, and the room felt quite dated. While the original concept seemed good, it's clear that there hasn't been enough effort put into maintaining the infrastructure to an acceptable standard. It was a bit dirty, and the breakfasts were quite basic. On the plus side, the beach is absolutely excellent – no complaints there.

Good hotel, delicious food and drinks, lovely pool by the sea. Don't expect anything outside the resort area; you'll need a scooter. The locks on the front doors of the villas are a nightmare, but you get used to it.

Great beach access and very reasonable rates for room and other service. Beach is good for swimming. Their pool is also good. Rooms are very spacious. If you have your own transportation or can afford taxi, this is great hotel for you. Because this hotel is not near the usually tourist spots in Koh Samui. We rented a car. So we had no problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view from the restaurant over the pool and out to the ocean is magnificent. The food was better than the other resorts we stayed at. The staff were delightful. The beach is soft, clean and great for swimming. The restaurant has beanbag chairs right on the beach where you can watch a stunning sunset. Highly recommend.

A true haven of peace. While the hotel is a bit older, it's perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff is exceptional, with a rare kindness. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Nicki Beach. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and the TV had Netflix and other international programs. My only downfall was the location it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere and my only wish would be that the shuttle service that they operate once a day would run more regularly so you have the opportunity to visit other places on the island.

This place is nice enough, with a great pool next to the sea, but location is poor as there isn't much else around, you really need a scooter, staff need customer service training, not like most Thai people.

Lipa Bay Resort is a perfect getaway spot, and the Pool Vibes restaurant makes it even better. The sunset views are breathtaking, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Phangka Paradise is definitely not the flashiest resort, that said the staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The food at the cafe was great and really reasonably priced. A small paradise and Eden. This is my favourite place. So much so we are returning this year to stay for 1 month. The bungalows are extremely unique in their furnishings and is one of the key things that makes the bungalow we choose so special.

Bungalows are basic, which is the reason for giving 4 star for rooms, but for that money, location and service it is a jack pot. The bungalows are in a pretty good shape (but not luxuriously equipped) prefect beach, very friendly owner/staff, cheap scooter renting is possible, the next grocery store is about 10 min. Excellent guesthouse, very pleasant and well-maintained, a 20-minute walk to the sea. The room is great, with a fan; it wasn't too hot in late December. There's also a mini kitchen with a hot and cold water boiler, dishes, and a microwave. I spent two weeks here while traveling around the island. Everything was great.

Really enjoyed it! Very quiet and out the way however we were provided with bicycles to use whenever we please! (5 mine bike ride to 7/11) The owner even picked us up from the pier where we got off the boat! Super clean and nice facilities, I would 100% recommend.
