Prasertsri Place in Lampang City

The beautiful garden enhances the spacious accommodation situated in a secluded corner of an otherwise busy city centre. Free coffee and hot water, water bottle a day, AC, hot shower (need to dry the floor after shower), clean and well cared facilities and garden. Decent local restaurants are to be searched and found. We got one or two a few blocks away.
In spite of the language barriers our group hot great clues on places and got valuable deals on the hotel referred transportation.

This accommodation is definitely value for money. We enjoyed the area as it is 10 min walk to a night market. Is it 3 side streets away from the main road. The location is actually great to just crash. Especially for this price of 400 baht a night. We usually enjoy firm beds. However this bed was too hard for us. Also the pillow was extremely firm and quite thick. In our opinion too thick and therefore we had neck problems during the day. The bathroom needs a deep cleanse because there is mold on the wall (in between the tiles). If the clean the mold and give pillow options the place is perfect to explore Lampang!

Nice room, beautiful little garden, water pressure is good. The bed are quite hard. The staff is very nice. I recommend this place 😁

The room was old and basic but it was a very good size. Hard mattress but that didn't bother me. The rooms are tucked away off the main road so you don't get any traffic noise. It was about a 15 minute walk from the bus station. Free coffee available in the morning. There is a cafe but it's closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Happy with everything about this hotel.
Maybe a bit too far to walk to bus terminal though that is not a big problem..

Very large and clean room. Quiet at night. Friendly staff. I was able to rest properly during my stay.

The quiet location and garden setting makes for a peaceful stay. We asked for, and got, an upstairs room. Check in was very efficient, and the owner is very much in charge, ensuring good service is maintained. She speaks some English too. The room was cleaned everyday and as such felt very comfy. All room furniture and facilities were in good condition, aircon and fridge both worked well, neither were noisy. The shower was very controllable. The tiled areas are delightful. The complimentary daily coffee at the adjoining coffee shop was fresh coffee and well presented. The garden had several shady areas to sit in and was very well maintained. Everyone here was friendly. The location was a little out of the tourist area, but this probably added to the tranquility, and everything was within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return when in Lampang in the future.

For a night stay only- 450฿ including 2 cups of coffee in the morning.
Room is clean, but shower is not good (it should be fixed soon).
