We stayed on January 2nd, 1969, in room 212. The room was clean and the bed was spacious. There's an elevator. The receptionist was friendly. However, it's difficult to find food near the accommodation; you have to drive to the market. The parking under the building is quite narrow; it will be difficult for those with pickup trucks, but easy for sedans. The downside is that the water heater only slightly heated the water when turned on. Please ask the building owner to fix this. The price was 450 baht.

I really want you to change the towels. They're so old, the fabric is frayed and all the threads are falling off. I feel embarrassed for you. The blanket is dull and yellow, but old enough. The wardrobe has a lot of dust and hasn't been wiped. The room price is probably the cheapest in the city, considering the price. I haven't stayed here for a long time. Coming back to visit Lampang again, everything is the same. I miss it.

It's quiet, no traffic noise, but the air conditioning is quite loud. There are many power outlets, the water pressure is good, and the water heater is quite old. The room is in line with the price. Parking is available both under the building and in the dirt lot inside. You can also park on the road in front of the accommodation. Overall, it's okay for the price of 450 baht.

The room is near the Asawin Market / clean and inexpensive / bright light in the room, can read / hard bed, doesn't hurt the back / quiet room, no noise from other rooms, the room is worth the price.
