I was very impressed with this accommodation from the moment I made the booking. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, and they thoughtfully recommended a room type suitable for elderly guests. My room was on the second floor and had a beautiful view of the Mae Khong River. The location was also very convenient, close to the walking street. A wonderful stay overall.

all are excellent except that the wooden floor is so sensitive causing customers to be more caution when walking or moving inside the room when we supposed to be more relaxed and chilled.

Charming little guesthouse on the river.
Clean and tidy rooms. Parking available which is very handy in this town. Be prepared to pay a premium for a room with balcony and river view but it is worth it.

The accommodation is very clean. The view is very nice.

The good place for relaxing. This hotel located next to the Mae Khong river which has gorgeous sunset view and near the night market.

Very good location, right by the public view point area. Situated in the middle of the walking street. Nicely decorated and clean.
They provide a little easy breakfast and also give you a 100 baht worth of coupon to have hot breakfast at alliance restaurants.
Room was comfortable.

Besides the guesthouse, they also serve food.
The Khaosoi smells so good & tasty, but a little bit spicy for me ;)

Really nice place. Very unique design. The owner is very nice and there are many cute cats in the back. Don’t worry if you aren’t a cat person. They are separated.

Stayed 3 nights here, really enjoyed Room no. 4. Comfortable, great lounge rest area, awesome coffee and delicious local breakfast included. House cats in backyard may meow loudly : )) Though the guesthouse have no Mekong river views, you don’t really miss it, just walk out or dine by a riverside restaurant to see the river.

Nice place to stay. Feel warm like you are home. The first floor is a coffee shop(good taste). It's clean and convenience to reach the walking street (front of guesthouse)and just across the street to see the Mae Khong river. There are 8 lovely cat!!❤️(this is sounds good for cat lovers). I think it's always fully booked in hight season.(Oct-Dec).
