I always stay in the Loei Palace Hotel when I am in Loei. The rooms are very spacious with a very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is always great with many different dishes to choose from. Thai and Western cuisine. There is a beautiful park right next to the hotel with walking paths and exercise equipment. Great location in the heart of the city.

Everything is good, except for it water heating system. The water temperature goes up and down like stocks market. Very challenging when showing in the morning.

Fast wifi. Good breakfast. Nice swimmingpool. Sun all day. Very friendly staff.

A good hotel where the rooms and bathrooms were of average size. It became a Superior Twin room, as the Superior Double was sold out. It is possible to book a room with breakfast, which I did not do this time. The hotel is centrally located in the city, within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Parking is available in front of the building.

We arrived at 13.00 at the Hotel but the Staff won't let us into the Rooms before 14.00 even the Hotel is empty, only after a big discussion they finally prepared the Rooms after 30min waiting in the Lobby Rooms are pretty new and clean.

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. No electric outlet a the head of the bed.

Clean n new. Shame plastic bacon for breakfast. Please stop American Breakfast.

You get what you pay for. A bit far from the city but close to the airport. Basic amenities such as bar soap, glasses, towels, TV, hangers, refrigerator, etc. But after all everything went well. I am glad there’s water heater (Loei is cold during the winter months, it makes sense to have a heater)

The hotel looked nice and offered plenty of convenient parking. However, the room I stayed in was very musty, and the pillows smelled terrible. The AC unit was old but functional. Overall, I wasn't very impressed. While cleanliness was average, the strong musty odor from the room and pillows was a major drawback. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and not hard.

The room was quiet and peaceful, the ambiance was lovely, and the staff provided excellent service.

Great hotel. Massive property rooms well appointed. Unfortunately the in-house restaurant is terribly slow. Probably eat outside the resort. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took an hour to feed us and worse still 25 minutes to tell us something we ordered was not available lol.

This was one of the few hotels we could find on our way during our motorcycle trip in Northeast Thailand for this part of the country. The rooms are still very rustic as is the hotel. The pool was under renovation but we were told of this in advance. It is a very large property with a beautiful Terrace and lots of natural foliage giving you the real feel of being in nature. Nice hotel in its day. But a little dated and tired now.had a deluxe room which was very big and clean. Very few people staying there, so very quiet The food as very delicious. The swimming pool and gym are situated away from main hotel and very quiet. Nice if you want a quiet stay. Lovely gardens to walk around

This place has definitely seen better days. But nowadays it’s neglected in maintenance and service… the whole design, architecture and interior still have a Wow effect

Nice place the bigger rooms are better over looking the water the ones up the hill a bit are very small it's best to pay a bit more and get a better room over all its a nice place to stay for the price it's not far from loei didn't eat there soi don't know what the food is like

Good place for stopover surrounded by greens. Small cozy rooms. The hotel was only 30-35% in function due to covid. We enjoyed a small bonfire and some drinks just outside the room.

We went in for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. It's always confusing when you try to order black coffee with regular milk on the side. She brought me a small black coffee with some kind of sweetend milk already mixed in. No problem because she took it back and gave me what I originally asked for. Coffee just so so. The fried noodle with chicken or pork was very tasty and worth the 60 baht. Nice...

I just stopped and got a latte there, then used the toilet. The coffee was good and fairly priced. The toilet was fine enough to accept my package.

Surprisingly good hotel in Loei. Pool is cleaned daily, beautiful, well-kept grounds. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. All the employees were really great. Would happily go back.

Everything is good. Spacious, with parking, but only the accommodation is a little old, plus there is no elevator.

Good value for money and a nice place to stay at. Reception were great and helpful, the room was larg and had everything we needed. The swiming pool is very clean and well kept. The accommodation is cutely decorated and located right on the Chiang Khan walking street. There are both private and shared rooms, and bathrooms are shared on every floor. The service isn't bad, but they're not very helpful with directions and it's difficult to get through by phone. It's a good place to relax, but perhaps not very private. There's a parking fee, but parking at the temple is free.

It is a friendly and warm hotel. The gentle smile and guidance of the landlady made us very happy as soon as we entered the door. There are many group seating areas in the lobby, which makes it comfortable to quietly read a book or drink a cup of coffee.

Internet no strong, my room had problems about toilet but staff have fixed it by plumber hand. Staff is ver friendly.

The room is a bit old. The plug should be changed from 2 holes to 3 holes. The bathroom should have a new shower. The water can't be turned on at all.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is lovely with gardens, flowers, trees, and several inviting outdoor common spaces. My room was comfortable and very clean. The owner is delightful. She shared Thai coffee and oolong tea with me in the morning helping to make my stay memorable.

Location is convenient with shops and food nearby. Rooms are clean, everything works as expected and there are nice seating and tables in the common areas. The host is lovely, speaks English and will chat you up if you like!

Well located, a warm welcome in this budget accommodation. Rooms are clean, airy and with some good views. Beds are Thai firm! Rooms have air con and fridge. Would certainly stay again passing if I am passing this way again

The rooms are nice and affordable. Only 400 baht for superior double or superior twin. 500 for Deluxe type. And it's just with the Loei Bus Terminal compound, which is great, as it's easier for transportation and also there are many options for food.

For those who have been to Nong Bua Lamphu — 30 miles west of Udon Thani, being off the grid makes a world of difference. Loei is even more off the grid than Nong Bua. Basic functional rooms. Location dead in centre. Buses coming and going all night but not too bad the noise. Ideal place to stay for one night as a stopover on way elsewhere. 550 baht rooms. Cheap and cheerful. cant complain. .

Great resort to stay in Chiang Khan. Great place for Kids and families. Not far from city center and viewpoints. They have free bicycle to enjoy. lot of animals eg chickens, sheeps, rabbits, parrots, birds and beautiful ducks. Having own strawberry farm. Breakfast is awesome. Bathrooms needs a bit of maintenance.

Had room overlooking swimming pool and huge river as well as nice scenery, It was a pity about the plastic bottles floating down the river ( not that hotel has anything to do with this) otherwise a very nice scenic place to be . Clean rooms good service good location.

I booked a king-size bed room. The room is not spacious, but it is beautifully decorated and clean. The facilities are complete. The location is good. You can walk to the night pedestrian street. The B&B provides free bicycle service. The owner/administrator is also very enthusiastic to help me.

Cleanliness is acceptable. The location may be a little hard to find even though it's next to the road. The service is not good at all. The reservation was made in the system but the employee did not have customer information. Because we have to wait for the hotel owner to send the information. There is only one bottle of water provided.

I asked the lady for a quiet room. It was quiet until 12am then I couldn't sleep until 4am because it's so close to a club. The music was so loud. I was going to stay 2 more days but left because of this.

It's like sleeping at home, perfect for a trip, meeting, or project, which is not convenient for a large group of people at home.

Clean rooms, parking available next to the hotel. Close to the walking street and the Mekong River, within walking distance. Comfortable sleep, not in an overly crowded area. Alms giving ceremony with sticky rice is available in front of the hotel.

After visiting the magnificent Suan Hin Pha Ngam Park, we stopped for lunch at the dining room. The food was good, and the place was well laid out and well maintained. The prices were affordable, both for food and drinks.

Only a few steps away (thankfully!) from the busy walking street but also so very nice. It is only one quick minute walk to the river. Comfortable bed and a quiet evening made for peaceful sleep. Fresh coffee and biscuits provide the wake up self-service. Definitely will return again soon.

Amazing service by a really nice and kind owner. When grab could not get us a taxi the owner helped us without hesitation. We really enjoyed our stay as the owner also helped us learn some Thai. In short service was no short of amazing and the price was verry good for what you get.

Nice and calm place to be from the city, there is a cheap skylab to take u there and really good taxi service aswell. Helped us get to chiang mai from chiang khan on a very difficult task. Also possible to take u to a couple views of chiang khan and surroundings! I really advice the so called “rabbit” temple east of chiang khan and the skywalk west of chiang khan. The atmosphere is very good. It's cute and compact, but not too cramped. There's a place to sit and eat with your family in front. 

The facilities are not very good, the service attitude is good, but there are often no staff in the lobby.
