💯 cannot fault this hotel or its staff.
They just go the extra mile, with little added touches.
The bed was so comfy, and we really enjoyed Pai’s laid back vibe. We found plenty to do and see.

Very rustic, it feels like a vacation, and it's very clean too.

My default hotel when visiting Pai, I am a return guest, hotel is located right at the end of walking street, yet quiet and peaceful with individual hut. Great service from team and Naam.

This place is absolutely filthy and run-down; it doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel. It's more like a rural guesthouse, and definitely not worth the price. As for the service, it's even worse – they're incredibly polite to foreigners but couldn't care less about Asians. And 11 AM check-out? That's a first for me... I'm never going back.

Nice small resort. Good vibe. Go for the larger villas facing the river. Price difference not not much. They are much quieter. The village villas are not villas but more like a cabin, so not sound proof and packed near each other. Breakfast is modest. Great friendly staff. Good Italian restaurant. Picture attached for both types of villas.

This hotel is awesome! The staff is super friendly, everything’s really clean, and it’s so quiet you forget you're just a hop away from the walking street.

I was fully aware that the location was right next to a loud bar, which did not bother me at all and I was perfectly fine with. Generally the room was very clean though the shower could use a good wash and the bed was extremely hard. The staff were very nice at first, allowing us to bring outside drinks and use their fridge. However, when we went to extend our stay we noticed that it was much cheaper to book online and offered to pay that amount to the owners (which, after online fees etc would result in more money for them), but they instead significantly increased the online booking price so we decided to leave. If not for this I would have given them 4 stars.
