The resort is nice but a bit outdated. The only real con is the breakfast, if you want a western style breakfast. I tried the Thai omelette and it was great. The location is great for exploring Pai. The staff is one of the friendliest staffs I’ve ever experienced in a hotel or resort. No matter what we asked, they always tried to give us an answer or help us.

This place is just on the main area of PAI. This is a modern hotel with great facilities and swimming pool. The hotel staffs are very kind. Room had a great view alongside absolutely clean and comfortable. The minibar contains many complimentary snacks, cookies and drinks. I had a great stay, The breakfast could be improved a bit.

The room was very good and in a great location, but I found some insects in the bedroom and two spiders in the bathroom. The breakfast was really good, but there were also many insects, and the pool was neither. Our room was third floor but no elevator.

It's about 10 minutes away from the city center, but I liked the quiet and cozy feeling. I don't think people who rent a motorbike will have any problems. The bed was also wide and nice.

The view from the room is absolutely stunning. As for the room itself, it is very tired, needs renovation and some furniture needs to be disposed of. The towels are very old and washed out. The price for this room is clearly overpriced.

The view was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. The issue was with the room. There was a powerful odour coming from the bathroom drains and the shower head was broken, so that it would only stay at bellybutton level. Also be aware, if you’re staying in H2 or its neighbouring suite, you’ll have the open air dining room over you. A little bit noisy if you’d like to sleep in.

Excellent service, property, feel, theme and amenities.  The staff are absolutely amazing!   Staff are top notch! A very pleasant stay, the room was spacious and the bathroom very clean. Due to the hotel being very quiet, breakfast was a la carte. It was delicious with both western and Thai options. The staff are extremely polite, kind and attentive. Little bit out of town but a shuttle is provided. No highchairs provided unfortunately but everything was accessible. Would recommend!

Lovely location and super nice and friendly staff. We notice though that there are quite some differences between the rooms. Some are like really basic and not really clean and other rooms are ok. You notice though like in many Thai hotels that maintenance is needed. But we still had a nice time with the family and the hot springs spread out over the property is really nice.

Beautiful property along the river Pai. Large comfortable sized rooms, delicious, healthy, high quality breakfast. Warm and welcoming staff. A wonderful place to relax alone or with family. Can’t wait to return and well worth the travel.

Although at the pricier end of accomodation in Pai, this place is still good value for money. The decor and theming is lovely, as are the grounds and pool. Room rate includes a la carte breakfast and free transport into Pai town 5 mins away. Would highly recommend getting a poolside room as the price is the same as other rooms. They're listed as twins but the hotel can merge them.

The facilities are all usable, but the toilet lacks ventilation, making the whole room a bit damp. The air conditioner drips water intermittently, so I had to put a kettle underneath to catch it.

The accommodation is quite okay, not too expensive, not far from the walking street, near tourist attractions. There are many types of rooms to choose from. There is a swimming pool. Breakfast must be paid separately.

We stayed in a cute bungalow at the very end of the resort. The resort is secluded with quiet peaceful ambiance, suitable for family or group vacation. There is a swimming pool and a small dining place if you opt for breakfast. There is sufficient parking space. The resort is about a kilometer away from the Walking Street night market, and the street is quite dark at night.

Easy parking and rooms with good size.  Unfortunately I think there is something wrong with the bathroom piping and toilet has a bad sewage smell.  Nobody came to clean our room and we ran out of toilet paper and had to resort to tissue paper.

Have booked 2 rooms on the 2nd floor and 2 rooms on the 1st floor. Location near the walking street. Rooms at the 2nd floor were ok but have ants in the toliet. 1st floor rooms toliet ventilation was bad. 1 not working and both have bad smell in the rooms.

None of the power outlets worked, the TV was broken, the bathroom light flickered, and the air conditioning was out of order. They offered to switch my room, but it was a downgrade from a 4-person room to a 2-person room.

An absolutely magical place. The hobbit houses are stunning. So much attention to detail. Very comfortable and cozy. Beautiful views, morning fog. We fell in love with this place immediately and had a wonderful time. Very quiet and peaceful. On the downside, there's no storage space.

The hotel rooms offer excellent views of the mountain. The hotel grounds are also beautiful, with comfortable gazebos offering stunning views. The rooms themselves are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly. Cons: 1) The wooden railings need replacing—there's a risk of injury. If you're traveling with children, please be aware.

This room is just a small RV. If you haven't stayed there before, you can come and experience it. It's quite interesting. The hotel breakfast is in the form of a set meal, and the check-out time is 11 am. This is really inhumane.

This place gives off a real welcoming vibe from the start, something you don't see much of in other places in Pai and Thailand. They provide a taxi service to the city center for a fee of 100 bath. I stayed in a twin room. It was close to the city center but not too noisy. The room was spacious and clean. They also provided free drinks.

If you’re looking for a home from home then this is it. It’s quite possibly the most serene place in Pai. The bungalows offer a home from home with the comfiest beds and linen. The shower pressure and warmth give you the best start to the morning or end of day. Your host is the most sincere person and provides the best breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended
