When checking out, we were told the room door's glass was broken by a 73-year-old guest who checked in before us, and we needed to pay for it. However, the glass already had cracks when we checked in, and they asked why we hadn't reported it. So, according to them, we broke it. What kind of logic is that? Do guests really need to meticulously inspect every single detail of a room upon check-in? It was a terrible stay. The room facilities were old; the sink had cracks, and the showerhead sprayed water 360 degrees.

Hotel is located around 2.5 hours out of Bangkok. You need to rent a vehicle to get around as well.
The hotel is good, cooling nights but limited activity during the day. Maybe max 1 day can clear all unless you are into golfing.

Overall, it was a very good place to stay. The atmosphere was nice, not crowded, and the staff were lovely and provided excellent service. I went for my wedding anniversary and the staff even gave me a cake. My only minor complaint is that there were a few stains in the bathtub and I saw a spider, but I understand that's part of nature. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with a peaceful mountain view. Spacious rooms, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of spots for photos and activities. Perfect for a quiet getaway

Every snapshot here is a scenic view! Highly recommend this place; it's the best resort and golf course in Khao Yai! I'll definitely be back for a second visit!
The resort also offers cycling, tennis, badminton, a swimming pool, and a playground, all of which are excellent! The facilities are top-notch! Service is 100%!

A lot of activity with my son .Beautiful view and natural . The staff is very nice and helpful .

Just like in Italy! My loft room was excellent. Love the strong shower very refreshing. The breakfast was also sufficient and caters to most tastes. The location is rather far away from other attractions and needs a car to move around.
