Nhapha Khao Yai Resort in Ban Mu Si

We are really disappointed regarding our recent stay at Nhapha in the Oriental Room last week. Unfortunately, several issues during our stayleft us with a negative impression, which I believe should be addressed to improve future guest experiences.

1. Room Cleanliness

Upon checking into our room, it was evident that it had not been properly inspected beforehand. We found a coffee spoon with a coffee stain and discovered that a snack in the fridge had already been opened. Initially, we planned to consume it, but upon closer inspection, we realized it had been tampered with before our arrival. This raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and quality control of the room.

2. Dining Service Issue

During dinner, we ordered additional dishes, including a spaghetti dish. However, a staff member mistakenly served it to a nearby table. I personally witnessed the guest at that table nearly eating it before the staff realized the mistake. Instead of replacing the dish, the staff simply retrieved the same plate, walked across from the pool, and placed it on our table. When I questioned whether it was the same dish that had been mistakenly served, the staff assured me it had been changed. However, based on what I had witnessed, this was not possible. The way this issue was handled was completely unacceptable, as it seemed like an attempt to deceive us rather than properly addressing the mistake.

3. Disturbance During Breakfast

On the morning of 12 February, while we were having breakfast near our room, we were disturbed by a loud argument between two individuals, who may have been staff members. The argument lasted for over five minutes until another staff member intervened. This was highly unprofessional and completely disrupted the peaceful atmosphere we expected during our stay. It is unacceptable for guests to witness such conflicts, especially in a hospitality setting where professionalism and customer experience should be a priority.

Overall, these incidents greatly impacted our experience, and we are disappointed with the level of service we received. We chose Nhapha expecting a standard of hospitality, but unfortunately, our stay did not meet those expectations.
