Crystal Resort in Nakhon Ratchasima City

OK for a quick stop.. We have stayed in better hotels for alot less... It was clean and bed comfy nothing wrong with it just soulless..but it's a hotel just use to smiley greetings.. 😁

This is a basic 3-star property that meets expectations for its category.

The hotel is clean, functional, and suitable for short stays. It was booked for family members during a stressful period, and they were comfortable and satisfied with the stay, which is the most important thing.

Facilities are simple but adequate, service was acceptable, and there were no major issues during the stay. This is not a luxury hotel, but it does what it is meant to do at a reasonable standard.

A suitable option if you are looking for straightforward accommodation in Korat without high-end expectations.

This place is located next to The Mall Korad and is quite conveniently located near all major areas of the town
The room is very average and the shower room is not so nice plus the mosquito door on the balcony fell off when i tried to open it.
I would say that these hotels are showing their age and not really being renovated to make them more up-to-date. But for only 650 Baht p/n it's still good value

I stayed with my thai partner for 2 nights. The room was ok, in my opinion not 3 stars, but comfortable bed, hot shower, tv, aircon, coffee/jug etc, all good. Room was clean but dirty marks on the wardrobe mirror didn't get removed after 2 days, so they only cleaned what they had to. I was disappointed with the restaurant what l ordered was average at best. What was most disappointing was on check- out the receptionist just ignored my $500 baht deposit receipt which l handed her and acted as if she didn't have to refund my deposit. She was just ignoring it. I asked several times for my deposit back and got no where with her. It wasn't until my thai partner had words that her that she went looking in the cash draw and found $500. My wife said that the receptionist knew exactly what she was doing. Based on my check out experience l can't recommend this hotel to anyone.. Also due to the road works in central Korat at the moment all hotels in this area are effected. Better off staying outside and avoid until finished.
