I gave one star because walls are thin, I kept hearing the television and people from other rooms, the guests at this resort tend to be much noisier. Long-term renters are on the second floor, they make a lot of noise as well. Unfortunately there are many little ants everywhere in the room, don't leave any food on the table, they get into every sweet thing in minutes, they even got into rice and pork chops. They have to spray pesticides around the foundation of the building, ants heavily infested the rooms, they were even inside my blanket.

I stayed for two consecutive nights while working in Korat. It cost 440 baht per night. The room was very spacious.
The air conditioning, hot water, refrigerator, and TV all worked well. The WiFi was strong.
The lighting on the work desk was dim, so a lamp was provided.
There was a kettle, 3-in-1 coffee, soap, and shampoo.
Plenty of convenient parking.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer available.
Safe, quiet, and not far from the city center.

The caretaker was rude and the service was terrible. The caretaker's attitude was like we were beggars. If they keep doing this, I hope their business declines.

The room was good, clean, and new. It was well-organized and reasonably priced – less than 1000 baht for two nights. I would use their services again if I have the chance. My only minor complaint is that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

The accommodation is clean. The bedroom is comfortable. The bed is soft. It's worth the price. But it's a bit far from food. You have to drive outside.
