Chaiyaphruk Grand Hotel in Nakhon Ratchasima City

Not what I expected from OYO hotel.
On Arrival limited parking spaces available luckily had 1 left.
Always disappointing when no Coffee/Tea facilities in room. (1 star removed for this)
WiFi signal very weak and unusable resorted to mobile 5G.
Bed Cover threadbare and very old.
Receptionist friendly.
Location good for Ya Mo area

The mom who woking at day shifts said it was free laundry and I just could handle the dirty laundry to her and she clean it for me, I later went and try to give my dirty clothes to the Uncle who work at night shift and he said washing machine is broken, he said if i walk down the ally 100m from here, I can find a laundering machine.. I did, and it was another hotel, a very nice lady behind the counter ask me if i wanted to see their room,, guess what? Her hotel is night and day compared to OYO 702 Chaiyaphruk Grand Hotel which I paid 400baht for, and it's 50baht (350baht/night) cheeper, cleaner, more modern. Happy accident I guess😅

The room was a biohazard, complete with bed sheets that seemed to have been through a war, walls that could tell a thousand dirty stories, and a bathroom that reeked of last week's regrets and featured sinks that had clearly given up on life,

Front reception need to be trained on customer service and manner. Don't know how to smile with stuck face.
