The basement sheltered car park to the lobby is only by stairs. The breakfast place is also only by stairs, or you can walk down the slope and enter from outside. One of the bed mattress in our room is lobsided and it is sagged. I have to insert cushions underneath so that I won't sink when l sleep. This is the bed near the toilet in room 806.

The place has kept the atmosphere of "Grand Hotels" of past times. Lobby and reception are still "grand". Room (733) has seen many years but equipment was working well (fridge, kettle, hair dryer). A/C needed patience but was ok in the end. Good value! I can recommend it. Covered Parking lot is a plus on sunny days.

The hotel is big with it own garden, looks exclusive and spacious. The facilities is a bit aged, everything looks old and dated.

The hotel is very clean and comfy. It doesn’t locate in the city centre. No dinning service but not far from a convenience store, cafe, local food shop and restaurant and delivery is available. Hot drinking water and instant coffee are provided in the public areas. Nice staff.

Friendly and helpful staff, very spacious and clean rooms with nice lighting. It's a bit far from things but that's also kind of nice as well, it's easy to get around the city. There is a 711 and laundromat near by, as well as cafes. I would recommend it and enjoyed my stay :)

The hotel is nice but not new equipment, in particular the air conditioner is already humming like a barge on the move. No cable TV like other hotels. The staff is lovely and very smiling. The room was comfortable and very clean. The price was reasonable. It was quiet and perfect for those who prefer privacy. You can walk to Sahathai Mall and there's plenty of parking. I stayed three nights and the hotel staff were very impressive. If there was a problem, the hotel immediately sent a technician to take care of it. I will definitely stay again.

A nice little boutique hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast is a little basic however the room comes with a decent size fridge so you can stock with provisions from the 7 Eleven nearby and cater for yourself without any issue. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a great time at Alongkot Beach Resort Khanom. The beach front villa was clean and tidy, spacious and close to the pool and the beach. The pool was great for early morning swim. We had breakfast at the restaurant which had plenty of choice. We are very happy with our stay here and will be back

There isn't even a towel rack in the hut. There's no shelf for anything in the shower. I had to get a hairdryer from reception. The battery in the air conditioning remote control was also empty. The breakfast buffet is typically Thai. The beach in Khanom has always been the dirtiest in all of Thailand.

unfortunately staffs english poor I have to call my van driver to translate. staffs do not understand english so no services. American breakfast but have to order a day before. The beach itself is wonderful. Really nice. The downside is that there is a lot of garbage along it. Some of the hotels and restaurants clean up in front of their area but others don't. This beach would be perfect if there was a bigger cleanup effort.

Very nice beach area if you want peace and relaxing. Its not really a tourist area like Phuket, Krabi or other tourist spots. Its very good prices and more a local Thai environment. Good resorts? Good restuaraunts just not the craziness.
