Khanom Golden Beach Hotel in Khanom

Fantastic stay. Close to the beach, superb pool. Amazing breakfast with an incredible selection. The only downside was the shower in the bathtub, which wasn't very practical with the fixed shower head. But that's a minor detail.

Great location and great experience. Really well kitted gym for a hotel and loved the pool. Will stay here again for sure.

The staff were good, and the location too. The hotel itself is a bit dated, a lot of things are old, but overall it's okay.

I was there in the middle of the rainy season, it was rainy and windy. It wasn't possible to swim in the sea because of strong waves.
Being in the core of the low season there were few customers in the hotel and the restaurant was closed. There were a couple of option within 1 km.
From the room on the 6th floor there was a nice view on the garden behind the beach and the beach.
The hotel isn't brand new and you see it in the facilities. But the bed in the room was large and rather comfortable.
The TV was offering only a dozen of Thai channels.
The reception was friendly and efficient.

The hotel is a bit old, and there was a slight musty smell when we first entered the room, so that part was a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side, the location is really good — just a short walk to the beach. Loved that they provided a bag with two towels in the room, super convenient to bring along. We also rented a motorbike directly from the hotel, which made it hassle-free to get around without searching elsewhere. Only thing missing was an iron in the room.

I spent 4 days in this hotel. The staff is smiley and kind. The room I stayed in was spacious, the bathroom was alright, and the balcony was nice. I had the american breakfast every morning, which in my opinion was very tasty and filling. There is a coffee machine, that has a nice variety of hot drinks you can choose from. There is also a toaster. You can choose from different kinds of fruits to eat with your breakfast. The hotel pool is quite big, next to it there are beds you can lay on. The hotel also has a gym room, which I think is well-equiped. The hotel is right in front of the beach and there is a nice restaurant next to it. From my experience, the hotel is really calm, does not have many guests. The rooms are a bit old, and could use some modernization, but overall it is a pretty great place to stay at. Would recommend. 😊

Good rooms and service. Restaurant opposite to this location provides very good dining options. Breakfast on this hotel kitchen was also great. overall enjoyed my stay here.

Worth any single dollar. Cleaning our room every single day, changing towels, sheets, replenishing our shower gel , shampoo.
The facilities are old but considering that is one of first hotels in the area is pleasant to see how the things was in the past . By the way everything was working fine with no issues.
Make sure that you have internet roaming as Wi-Fi isn’t available in the rooms .
