I stayed here for one night and really liked the hotel's atmosphere, being right by the Mekong River. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning! The rooftop has a dining area and a balcony where you can enjoy the view of Laos. The room itself was clean and good value for money. The staff were helpful, and there were snacks and shopping available, so I didn't have to go far to buy things.

I stayed here to go to the Buddha Park. The village is very nice. There are many restaurants and massages in front of the hotel. It is different from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. It is very quiet here and I can have a good sleep.

The air conditioning sounds like a plane taking off and there's not even a cup of coffee in the morning. And all of this seems normal to them for the price of one night.

The Nong Khai Plaza Hotel is a hotel located near Lotus. The entrance and exit may be a bit narrow, but the price is reasonable for the booking. The staff is good and the service is okay. For friends, the convenience is normal. There is no breakfast. The price is okay. It is convenient to travel to various places because it is located near the provincial shopping mall.

Location is a bit off the beaten path but has ample parking. Air con was cold and heater was hot. Room is clean and towels folded like a fan. No kettle in the room but has hot water at the reception. Shower head in a lousy direction got my floor rug all wet. Room is big and bed is comfortable with clean sheets and pillows nice too.

I stayed here a couple of nights and had a very good experience. Room were spacious and very clean and everything worked fine such as air condition, outlets and hot water in the shower. The beds and pillow were also extremely good. It’s located a bit outside the city center so expect a 15-20 minute walk to the riwer marked area. I would come back here without any doubt

we stayed for two nights and for the price it was great. I have seen a few reviews talk about bad customer service but we found the lady we dealt with very friendly and helpful. She spoke only basic English but was very willing to communicate with us. There is not always someone at the hotel, so you have to ring in advance if you want to look at a room or to plan your check in time

The hotel has gone seriously down since my last visit. I expect the owner is more interested in other things than looking after guests. Mosquitos everywhere. Lots of water tubs make a great breeding ground. We saw larvae in the tub in our bathroom. The so called "superior" rooms are no better than the "standard" rooms. Building project going on. It feels very comfortable, but the hotel is old and located in a somewhat remote area, so it's a shame that there's nothing around.

I've stayed there a few times but what really sux is that there are no chairs or sunbeds at the pool area. Good breakfast with a woody generating service staff.

The hotel is quite old, but well maintained and extremely clean, the water was hot and strong, the swimming pools was in a ok condition, missing some of the tile though, the breakfast was good, also have a hotel cat to accompany you too!
