Phayao Northern Lake Hotel

It's rather old, and the air in the room isn't fresh.

I stayed here because of the good location near the city center, making it easy to find food. It's not far from the bus station and convenient for driving to many places in the city. There's parking and Wi-Fi. The staff recognized me. However, they could improve the amenities, such as the TV. The TV in my room was black and white, and the technician who used to maintain it has left. But the room itself...

In the picture, the room is old. In reality, it is newer than you think.

The room was not clean, the floor was not mopped, the TV could not watch anything except Channel 3, it was an old TV. The blanket and pillow smelled very bad, the bathroom also smelled bad. The only good thing was the Chinese ginger shampoo in the bathroom, it did not make my head itch after using it.

A good hotel in the very center of the city. I recommend taking a room higher up and on the lake side - a good view of the city and the sunset. The rooms are quite spacious with large windows. No frills.

Good location!! Not too far from the market and shopping mall.

All staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

The carpeted floor, rather than tiles, had a slight musty smell. The room didn't look very new, and the electrical outlets were an older model, but it was acceptable. Housekeeping cleaned daily. The location was excellent, close to the bus terminal and Phayao Lake.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pool and gym are okay. Room fairly clean but outdated and worn down, especially the mattress which makes you feel the springs in your back. Extra bed was rock hard. Shower good but drain was clogged. Breakfast was standard. We paid 1100 baht for 3 people.

Good value on this hotel. The gym is 24 Hours for guests. Clean rooms. I would recommend you do a room upgrade and ask for a view of the lake. Front desk reception is very professional and very clear. Nice gym!

This is a decent mid-range hotel for those staying over in Phayao. It’s only about a ten minute walk to the lake and there are numerous restaurants in the area. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is basic but decent. Get there early for the best choices. We got a lake view room but it’s at a bit of a distance.

Basic but reasonable price hotel with good location right in town. Plenty of parking and easy walking distance to local markets and lake.

Ideal for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodation in a convenient location in Phayao city. Although the rooms may not be luxurious, they are clean and have all the basic amenities.

The hotel is old, not very clean, dark, found a rag in the room, no shampoo provided.

The cleaning staff is very rude. On the 2nd day, request to change room. Because the bathroom door latch was broken. Tell the cleaning staff to come and take a look. The stay was fantastic! The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a great variety. Excellent location, very convenient for exploring the city. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

frist time at phayao with my gf. this place is very good chioce for us. staff is helpful and friendly. room is clean. everything this trip is perfect!!

Overall good, but have to climb the stairs, sleep on the 4th floor.

The hotel is clean, the room is spacious and inviting.

Beautiful clean room with really comfy bed and pillows. Very nice swimming pool. Good housekeeping. The drawback as far as I was concerned was that there was no facilities for food at all, although there is a cafe right opposite which is quite nice. The very few hotel staff I met were polite but very young .

I originally wanted to stay in another hotel with more convenient transportation in the city center, but I arrived too late and no room was available. I temporarily chose this Green Hotel. The location is relatively remote and the room is clean and comfortable. Since I stayed in the room on the highest floor, I could also see the scenery. Going to the corner of the lake view is also a good choice.

The hotel is on the Lake front in Phaoyao Thailand. It is a bit isolates from the down town core. The building is new and the main tower is 7 stories. It has an elevator. The hotel is one of the more expensive in town. There is no on site restaurant so you have to go across the street to KU-sa restaurant. There is a 7-11 5 minutes down the road. You can drive to the lake front in about 5 minutes.

Very nice place to stay … clean, well maintained, great pool. The only drawback, which is a small thing, was that free drinking water was not provided. Water was 15 baht for a small bottle.
