a very very open minded owner, creative and every idea is welcome! a very good Spot also with a lot of green around. Still a lot old, but now they renew everything. We are happy we found this Spot for our first Test Hive and "Bee 🐝 Camper 2 go" Phayao. You can rent Solar powered Camper Trikes and meet People... or just Chill in the hive behind the Hotel!!
Walking distance to Gwan Pha Yao and downtown. Local restuarants for breakfast are nearby. Price is very reasonable. Rooms are very clean.

Overall, very ok, spacious parking, good service from staff, clean rooms.
Very nice hotel. I stayed there few times! It’s little old but it’s very clean and well maintained. It’s very close to the bus station and all the markets. Very kind and welcoming staff. Beautiful clean room with really comfy bed and pillows. Very nice swimming pool. Good housekeeping. The drawback as far as I was concerned was that there was no facilities for food at all, although there is a cafe right opposite which is quite nice. The very few hotel staff I met were polite but very young .
I originally wanted to stay in another hotel with more convenient transportation in the city center, but I arrived too late and no room was available. I temporarily chose this Green Hotel. The location is relatively remote and the room is clean and comfortable. Since I stayed in the room on the highest floor, I could also see the scenery. Going to the corner of the lake view is also a good choice.
The hotel is on the Lake front in Phaoyao Thailand. It is a bit isolates from the down town core. The building is new and the main tower is 7 stories. It has an elevator. The hotel is one of the more expensive in town. There is no on site restaurant so you have to go across the street to KU-sa restaurant. There is a 7-11 5 minutes down the road. You can drive to the lake front in about 5 minutes.
Very nice place to stay … clean, well maintained, great pool. The only drawback, which is a small thing, was that free drinking water was not provided. Water was 15 baht for a small bottle.
It is within walking distance to the center of Phayao, so it is good for a stroll. The restaurant on the reception side and the seafood BBQ shop along the street are good.
We looked at the rooms and public areas and chose other accommodation.The restaurant gave the impression of being closed, we chose to pay a sum to use the pool and be content with that.The reception staff did not give the impression of being happy to have to welcome guests.

The place is just great, very close to everything. Phayao is small anyways. So comfortable room with plenty of space. Breakfast is also good.

Nice hotel, definitely worths the price. Rooms are nothing special, bit they are quite cheap and super clean. Beds are comfortable. Can't say anything about WiFi because I didn't use it. Also, a free breakfast was included into my reservation, and the breakfast quality was ok: rice, fried eggs, veggies, various beverages, something like meatballs in sauce.

I was not very eager to stop in Phayao on our Thailand trip but the town proved me wrong. Very picturesque lake and sunset is amazing. Hotel was neat and good value for money. It is not lake side but quite near to the lake.
