Friendly and helpful staff. Pool and gym are okay. Room fairly clean but outdated and worn down, especially the mattress which makes you feel the springs in your back. Extra bed was rock hard. Shower good but drain was clogged. Breakfast was standard. We paid 1100 baht for 3 people.

All staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

The carpeted floor, rather than tiles, had a slight musty smell. The room didn't look very new, and the electrical outlets were an older model, but it was acceptable. Housekeeping cleaned daily. The location was excellent, close to the bus terminal and Phayao Lake.

Hours for guests. Clean rooms. I would recommend you do a room upgrade and ask for a view of the lake. Front desk reception is very professional and very clear. Nice gym!

This is a decent mid-range hotel for those staying over in Phayao. It’s only about a ten minute walk to the lake and there are numerous restaurants in the area. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is basic but decent. Get there early for the best choices. We got a lake view room but it’s at a bit of a distance.

Right next to the bus station, and 5-10 minute walk to the lake. Very comfortable stay

The location is good, convenient for traveling, near Kwan Phayao, lots of food. We got a high floor room with a very beautiful view. Breakfast is okay, okay, the room is very okay.

The rooms are kinda old but spacious. They have a very cool gym that makes up for the renovations that would be necessary.
