Not motorcycle friendly not at all... I arrived at 12:00 p.m. to beat the rain they refused to check me in I had to take off all of my motorcycle gear in the lobby. They refused to assist me with my luggage I brought it in myself. Change my clothes in the middle of the lobby and jumped in the pool.
There are much much much much much much much much much much much much much better options the worst check in service I've ever received in 4 years of traveling by motorbike in Thailand in addition the swimming pool is a construction zone and there are two chairs that's it they're super old supermetal and the paint is falling off stay somewhere else👎👎👎👎👎

The hotel facilities are OK, but the room I was initially given had a strong odor from the toilet sewer, which was unbearable. I told the front desk to politely change rooms, but the hot water in the bathroom was not hot at all, and it was warm even at the highest setting. The most unbearable thing was that I could hear the sound of cars and singing on the roadside when I was sleeping at night. It was too noisy.

Beautiful lakeside hotel. Immaculate, large rooms with all amenities...even a bathtub! The pool is clean and huge...well suited for laps or just playing around. I definitely recommend this place and would absolutely come here again.

I can't recommend this hotel.
We don't currently have a session, so the hotels are not fully booked.
My daughter is ill and can't walk. I contacted the hotel and informed them that we would either like to cancel or postpone our stay for a week.
The hotel told me that this was not possible. This shows customer unfriendliness and inhumanity on the part of the hotel.
If we were here in winter and the country was full of tourists, you could understand it, but it just shows customer unfriendliness. The result is now this review and the amount is being refunded by my bank.
If you had been sensible, you would have acted in a human and entrepreneurial way and simply postponed the booking for a week. But you can see from the reviews on Google that some people are not satisfied.
Thank you for your non-existent service-orientated and customer-unfriendly decision. 🫡

Beautiful clean room with really comfy bed and pillows. Very nice swimming pool. Good housekeeping. The drawback as far as I was concerned was that there was no facilities for food at all, although there is a cafe right opposite which is quite nice. The very few hotel staff I met were polite but very young .

I originally wanted to stay in another hotel with more convenient transportation in the city center, but I arrived too late and no room was available. I temporarily chose this Green Hotel. The location is relatively remote and the room is clean and comfortable. Since I stayed in the room on the highest floor, I could also see the scenery. Going to the corner of the lake view is also a good choice.

The hotel is on the Lake front in Phaoyao Thailand. It is a bit isolates from the down town core. The building is new and the main tower is 7 stories. It has an elevator. The hotel is one of the more expensive in town. There is no on site restaurant so you have to go across the street to KU-sa restaurant. There is a 7-11 5 minutes down the road. You can drive to the lake front in about 5 minutes.

Very nice place to stay … clean, well maintained, great pool. The only drawback, which is a small thing, was that free drinking water was not provided. Water was 15 baht for a small bottle.

It is within walking distance to the center of Phayao, so it is good for a stroll. The restaurant on the reception side and the seafood BBQ shop along the street are good.
