This is an older hotel, but quite comfortable and with clean rooms. Pleasant surroundings but no public transport. Good sized swimming pool. Restaurant offering a good choice of Thai and foreign food. Helpful staff.

It is a big hotel but it is an old hotel even renovated already. The location is in the center of the city that suitable for finding and going. The parking is far from the front and dark.

We booked rooms for 2 couples and we they kindly put us in adjacent rooms. The pool was clean and refreshing and we enjoyed the loungers, tables and chairs they provided poolside. Location is good but aircon is too old, making a lot of noise so we can't have a good rest and sleep.

The location is okay, near 7-Eleven. The room is big and clean. The only problem is that the bed sheet, blanket, pillowcases and pillows are not very clean and smell like they haven't been washed. Everything else is fine.

Such a nice hotel for those love an escape life outside the city. It is located quite far from the city. Impossible for those without a car to commute around. Apart from that it is value for money And for those with pet, be warned to prepare to pay additional fee for pet as well as an deposit at an amount of 1,000 Baht which you should get it back when checking out.

Property was lovely and lush and beautiful. The pool was also nice although a bit cool. We were there on a Monday night and there was nowhere to eat in the area within walking distance. The room was spacious, clean, and the a/c was cold. It is a little out of the way, so you will need transportation since there is nothing close.

A very tired, old hotel. You really need to be paying no more than 300 baht a night for this place. Out of date and in need of some serious TLC. That being said, it's pretty clean and in a handy location for the night market. One good thing is that the view from the balcony on the 11th floor is fantastic at sunrise.

The room is comfortable for two people. The air conditioning works well, there's a mini-fridge, and the bathroom is in good working condition.

Behind the hotel is the Christmas Night Market Street, and the location is very good. In the morning, you can overlook the street view from the balcony and take photos of the city's sunrise. For the price, the CP value is very good.

Booked the deluxe room. It was well equipped and quiet. The city doesn't get many foreigners so no English menus. The TV had numerous multi-national channels. Prices were low, quite a bargain. The hotel specializes in functions.

Room was very spacious and interesting corner room. The bed seemed a bit old. The restroom was fine. The view was on both sides of the room and it was panoramic. There should be more light in the room. Switch is not really that convenient to reach on one side only. The room design was old style still. It needs renovation. It is another nice hotel to stay in the city of Phitsanulok, inexpensive, spacious room. The latest booking has stayed on the 12th floor on the balcony next to the Nan River. Woke up this morning to a very good atmosphere. You can also travel to various tourist attractions. of Phitsanulok conveniently Only 700 meters from the train station.

The hotel was quite old but the bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was composed of bread and some ham and egg. Not very exciting. The location was very convenient to walk around for food. Parking was convenient but there was a lot of bird poop on our car the next day. It was Ok for 1 night rest.

When we stay there the hotel has repaired the floor above us we are on 5 floors and the breakfast it okay.

The room was a bit small, and the view was decent. The facilities were a little dated. We had some trouble with the power switch; a hotel staff member came and fiddled with it a few times to get the electricity working, but then it suddenly cut out again later.

Recently renovated, I’ve been coming to Plok for more than 20 years and hands-down this is the best location is perfect. Lovely breakfast outside by the river. Rooms are clean and modern. Wi-Fi spectacular. Service impeccable. An easy walk into town and all around a great hotel.

We have stayed a different Hop Inns and really like the hotel in general. To my shock, last night we found a long strand of hair on the floor and none of us have long hair. Apart from that, we are OK with this hotel and would still recommend to others to stay here. Thank you.

A friend recommended this. It was a one night stop on a trip. Quite a little bit unique as it actually is at a football ground. The hotel is fantastic, the location isn’t the best but not too far from the town and local shopping. The only thing I found missing was no hot drink mugs in the room and none available but it has a restaurant on site which is also fantastic!
