You must have car,far from ciry no foids nearby.! Clean acc9modation. Nice & friendly staffs TV was not working they changed to another room Room quite comfirtable, also bathroom.

The room is ok, the service is ok.

Good value for money, clean,no water heater inside the room, it's outside next to reception counter. It's ok for stop over for a night.. parking is good, right in front of the room.

Good service and value for money...,clean room and king size bed, spacious car park.. You have to book the 2nd level room, the view on the 2nd floor was stunning during green season, every field was green, breakfast buffet style were jok(porridge), eggs and toasted bread with butter/jam. We stayed 2 nights after our Phayao roadtrip and before driving up to Bokluea,Nan.

Comfortable rooms. Undercover parking. Everything you need in a good location. Close to the main road but very quiet. Recommended!

The room is so clean and quiet. It’s good for take a vocation time.

Plenty of rooms, various options. But the service from the staff wasn't very impressive.

The Rose in is ideal short time hotel. But it has very comfortable beds.

The best looking hotel is a curtain that is as clean as a five-star hotel, the blanket is clean and very nice.

Nice room, each room is decorated differently. Let's play together ^^ Price is 590.- per night, cool air conditioner, clear TV.

Each room is uniquely decorated, no refrigerator, TV is not clear, no wifi, suitable for making an appointment.

Although it is a hotel that has been built for a long time. But taking care of cleanliness Excellent, the price is very cheap, temporarily 250 baht, can stay for 3 hours, then get rid of sleepiness, continue driving comfortably 😁

The room is beautiful and clean, perfect for a relaxing stay.

When I entered the room, I noticed there was a pile of clothes left behind by the previous guest.

Excellent location in the city center, very convenient for getting around. The staff provided great service, and the breakfast had a huge variety of options.

Loved this hotel. Beautifully designed. We were just passing through the area and this was a pleasant surprise.

It's a little creepy... It's a Thai history-themed hotel, but it has a bit of a 'Chinese horror' vibe. Everything else is fine, though some facilities are a bit old. The rooms on the first and second floors are a little damp.

The room was great but the bed cushion was quite bad. Its very soft and not comfortable. Staff is very attentive. Location is good. Bath tub is good.

good to sleep and go cuz it's very comfortable

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. All the necessary amenities were provided, and the room size was very comfortable—not cramped at all. Having a parking lot on-site made travel very convenient. Truly great value for money. Highly recommended!

Good location with car parking , big clean room

The stay was not the best option in Phitsanulok. It was dirty and the rooms were not the best

I have had to booking is one bed, but I got it two beds .

Basic but with things you really need: clean decent sized room, good bed, decent wifi & aircon, OK shower and fridge. All for a very low price. Near to the railway station and its next door market and small night market. It's the price that moves the scoreboard.

Offering breakfast is a plus; it's not a buffet, but rather made to order from a menu. The building is a bit old, but the cleanliness is acceptable.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the train station. There is a night market nearby where you can eat. There are many delicious foods at affordable prices. There is also a convenience store, which makes shopping very convenient. It is a very good walk from the river.

An ultra convenient location walking distance from the train station, street food, shopping, gym, and Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan, and good value, but three negatives; a design flaw puts the lift access up or down a flight of stairs from the rooms, and although it advertises itself as "Café/Hotel" and it has a very interesting display of coffee bags, the coffee I had was dreadful; tepid...

The lobby is very hip, the rooms less so, but everything works. I'm quite happy with my room and the price is low: 490/night coming in from the street. The location is on one of the busiest streets I have experienced in Thailand. A constant stream of cars and motorcycles. It didn't affect my room as it didn't face the street, but crossing the road can be a project. Lots of great food options on that...

I initially checked into easily the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Needed to find a new accommodation quickly and I looked out the window and saw Polkadot. Turned out it was cheaper than the awful place. Basic but nice. Comfortable bed. Good AC. WiFi worked well. Actually extended my stay by one night. Easy access from train station.

Friendly staff, clean room. Plenty of TV channels, wifi was fine, some drinks available in the fridge and a few snacks available in the room. I would recommend it. Decent room for the price.

Good value for the price. Construction ist still ongoing but the drilling was only between about 12-15pm the two days we were there. Got only one room key for a three bed room which was a bit inconvenient for planing when doing different things.

Really amazing staff, very good location, clean, room was a little noisy and smelled of smoke. Probably just had a bad room.

Mark creates a very warm and welcoming hostel experience. The rooftop patio has hammocks, dream catchers, tables and games to pass the time with other world travelers. The beds are comfortable. There is water and other amenities in the lobby and the streets are quiet at night. The hostel itself is located close to good food and historic temples, the river walk to the night market is charming & clean...

One of the best hostels i have ever been! Mark and mint are really sweet and helpful, they will happily show you all places to visit in and around the city. The place is clean and the rooftop is perfect to chill around and socialize if you feel like it. I stayed here and felt very welcomed and at home. Mark is awesome he showed me all the good spots around town and we all got dinner each night. The rooftop is also a vibe to hangout and chat with good company. Highly recommend for backpack travelers who don’t mind being social.

I stayed at Karma Hostel for 10 days and really enjoyed my stay! Mark and Mint are great hosts, truly nice people and very welcoming. The atmosphere in the Karma Hostel is very good and I genuinely met some nice people there. Fab hostel to stay at, it has a great rooftop to chill on with hammocks, etc. I stayed in the A/C dorm and was fab! Felt super safe staying here as a solo female traveller. There’s plenty to do within the area, Mark is super helpful on places to go and eat. Highly recommend this place to stay!
