An ultra convenient location walking distance from the train station, street food, shopping, gym, and Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan, and good value, but three negatives; a design flaw puts the lift access up or down a flight of stairs from the rooms, and although it advertises itself as "Café/Hotel" and it has a very interesting display of coffee bags, the coffee I had was dreadful; tepid and flavourless, and there was no milk available in the breakfast room.

A basic stay in Phitsanulok—convenient but could be better
This was my first time staying in Phitsanulok, and I booked a flight and hotel package through Trip.com. The hotel is relatively close to the airport, which is a plus compared to other provinces. However, the overall experience was just okay. The room felt quite dated, with old wooden décor and a bathroom that looked worn—especially the toilet, which felt less than clean. Morning noise from nearby rooms was noticeable, and there was no hair dryer available. If you’re just stopping over and looking for something convenient and affordable, it might do the job—but don’t expect too much comfort.

The lobby is very hip, the rooms less so, but everything works. I'm quite happy with my room and the price is low: 490/night coming in from the street.
The location is on one of the busiest streets I have experienced in Thailand. A constant stream of cars and motorcycles. It didn't affect my room as it didn't face the street, but crossing the road can be a project.
Lots of great food options on that street, though, day and night.
Pretty safe bicycle parking in the back. You will have trouble getting the bike into your room due to all the different levels and stairs

The rooms are not bad, matress correct but avoid the 3rd floor. There was a constant noise which was very annoying and we couldn't sleep well. Something like the noise of a water pump coming and going and coming again and that all night.

I initially checked into easily the worst hotel I have ever experienced.
Needed to find a new accommodation quickly and I looked out the window and saw Polkadot.
Turned out it was cheaper than the awful place.
Basic but nice.
Comfortable bed. Good AC. WiFi worked well.
Actually extended my stay by one night. Easy access from train station.

Friendly staff, clean room. Plenty of TV channels, wifi was fine, some drinks available in the fridge and a few snacks available in the room. I would recommend it. Decent room for the price.

Good value for the price.
Construction ist still ongoing but the drilling was only between about 12-15pm the two days we were there.
Got only one room key for a three bed room which was a bit inconvenient for planing when doing different things.

Really amazing staff, very good location, clean, room was a little noisy and smelled of smoke. Probably just had a bad room.

Dirty rooms with hairs from the previous customers on the floor, totally unconcerned reception stuff just watching you try open the entrance door with two bags on your back.
Just for a night cause is near to train station, for nothing more.
