I met a cockroach in the room and hair dryer did not work .The location and service are excellent

A very pleasant little resort just south of Lampang. Spacious and clean rooms in single story modern type villas.
Nice gardens, quiet area, friendly staff and a pool.
Very good value!
They sell some basic food and drinks. A small local shop about 100m away and PTT service station about 500m away with 7-Eleven, coffee shop and fries chicken kiosk etc.
Good parking outside your villa and security seems ok
Recommended if your passing thru 😊

Have some bugs and big cockroach in the room !!
Flood in toilet when you take a shower.

Bed hard as a rock... Internet slow as a turtle... Shower cold as ice. This is more like motel where you park outside room. Never saw any security but given out of way location may be ok. Didn't try pool but it looked ok. Be aware English not spoken, so best to have Thai speaker along. Staff was friendly and tried to help. Price was proper for location and services.

Very decent place. Very clean with large bathroom. Has a pool and good atmosphere. We paid 500b for a night.
