De Boutique Hotel in Prachuap Khiri Khan

The location is convenient: a kilometer from the station, two minutes to the bay embankment, and five minutes to an excellent market (clothing, shoes, and plenty of food). The buildings adjacent to the hotel include a Lotus supermarket, a Watsons drugstore, and a 7-11. The hotel has two buildings, one on the road and one in the courtyard, and we were accommodated in the latter, so it's quiet. The building is built in galleries, meaning there's direct access to the street; we stayed on the third floor. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a large, very comfortable bed, a refrigerator, air conditioning, two bottles of water, and shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. There's no soap, but we brought our own. Conveniently placed shelves and storage space are provided throughout the room.
Breakfast starts at 6. It's a bit odd: coffee from a machine, four types of bread, including sausage rolls, and bananas. We were expecting soup or something local.
Bikes are available for rent for 60 baht, and the bikes are good.

Room 10, Price 10, Service 10, Friendliness of Staff 10, Coffee and small snacks in the morning. I felt very comfortable; there was covered parking for my scooter. A friend traveled with me from Pattaya via Prachuap (overnight stay) to Koh Samui. I can highly recommend it, and I've stayed in many hotels.

De Boutique hotel reminds me of a small Holiday Inn Express in North America except cleaner (spotless) and greater value. The rooms are compact but have everything required for a quiet good night’s sleep. The TV was a bit tricky to figure out at first. Upper channels do have some English content. The Espresso machine in the lobby (starting at 6 AM) was much appreciated, along with bananas, toast, banana bread. We stayed in the 6th floor and there is a fast elevator. The step from bathroom to room is sharp tile !!! I cut my toe on it, so beware.

Good location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with reasonable price. Highly recommended.

For good points
1. Clean room, light, bright and wide.
2. There are 2 buildings; 1st - sea view and 2nd - closed to the road which having lift for people who needed.
3. Bathroom is clean and also have bidet.
4. Safe for people who travels alone and also affordable and reasonable price.
5. Friendly and useful staff. Welcome you from the first step until you drive out the hotel. Impressive 👍

For bad point.
1. The building closed to the road, can hear all motorbike all night, i recommend you carry ear plug if you are easily to awake or difficult to sleep.
2. Thin wall or something, you can hear impolite guest walk hardly, slamming the door and loudly TV.
3. Car park is limited and the entre is smaller than it should be. One way in-out. 100% you'll get lost for the first time visit.

But surely, next time I'll come back.

Excellent service ! Splendid rooms(this means the time I stayed there 2 and 3 years ago). Carpark. Ok Breakfast included. Not on the beach but a quiet place.

Staff very friendly. Very quick check in. Rooms very clean and modern. There was sort of a breakfast. There would have been a lovely view if the rooms were reversed 180 degrees. Ok for for a night stop over or a couple of days visiting the area.

Clean room with great service. Provide with simple breakfast and safe car or motorbike parking. Walking distance to beach side with night street great food and seafood. Pls try the noodle glass with prawn. In morning, you can provide food offering to local monks.

Great budget hotel. Incredible value and lovely staff. Stayed many times.
