Old hotel but nice clean room breakfast include the price of the room, private parking, smoking area on every floor

Such a obvious very stupid mistake that always makes me mad - WIFI password in the room is old. Cherry on top: the reception is was not able to provide me a wifi password by phone. No Line number to chat with foreigners. Maybe you get a LINE app?🤦‍♂️

Cheap price room, clean room is follow standard but bathroom is quite old.
The way to the parking lot is too narrow and limited.

Great value for money.
It's not far from Bus Terminal 1, and breakfast is included for this price.
It's also not far from the shuttle bus stop for the Rayong Marathon in August, making it the perfect place to stay for the marathon.

In need of repairs, cracked toilet in the bottom of the door is really bent up. No deadbolt, just a little button on the doorhandle, no automatic locking door. The towels are rough not soft. There’s no view you just see a parking ramp and laundry, there’s a balcony, but you have to climb out the window to get to it, there’s no door. there’s no 7-Eleven in walking distance. No hangers to hang your clothes. The AC unit screeches. It didn’t smell fresh and clean when I entered the room like at most hotels. The staff didn’t attempt to use a translator to communicate like at every other hotel. You can try to say you get what you pay for but no, I’ve stayed in similar priced and even cheaper rooms that were nicer and had more helpful staff

It's not expensive at all and food is easy to find.

A great budget friendly place to stay. The staff was awesome and the rooms clean. I will definitely stay again if in Rayong. Also, a great location.

The bathroom is clean, the air conditioning is very cool, the location is good, the price is not expensive, it is near the main road.
