Eazy Motel Bangna in Bang Phli

For a clean and spacious space near the airport, it ticks all the boxes. However the staff had very limited English and this created quite a lot of barriers, even with a translator. They tried to refuse re entry back into my room after I was never given a key and the key deposit scheme wasn't mentioned to me at all.

Terrible service, deceptive, and exploitative.
They seemed determined to fill the 995 baht rooms first. This is awful. Here are the details:
Before booking, I called and was told both the 895 and 995 baht rooms were available.
However, upon arrival, the staff took me to a two-story room at the back without informing me of the price before I transferred the money. After I transferred the money, they said the price was 995 baht. I asked if the front rooms were still available, as I had called earlier. The staff said all the front rooms were fully booked, and there was a reservation box indicating all rooms were reserved. So I transferred the money and called the number I used before booking. The person who answered said both prices were still available. I then explained that the staff had told me all the 995 baht rooms were full, and the person hesitated, then claimed the laundry service hadn't delivered the sheets yet, blaming their nephew for the dry cleaning – a very shameless excuse. I'm also wondering why the 995 baht rooms had bed sheets in every room. Or were they intentionally trying to fill the 995 baht rooms first?

At this price, I thought it would be better.
