Great stay if you have a car or use Grab/Bolt, as it's not really walkable from public transport. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained.
I was very impressed with the service - the staff were smiling and very helpful. Amenities are minimal (no hair towels or toothbrushes), but overall a good experience.

On a business trip to Thailand, I chose this hotel based on its proximity on the map, and it turned out to be a good choice. Everything was great. I would definitely choose to stay here again for future business trips. It's convenient for getting around, has good transport links, and the room environment is also satisfactory.

The highlight is definitely how clean it is, and there's a coffee bar on the first floor where you can also grab a meal. However, the room was a bit sparse on toiletries, and there were no disposable slippers. It was my first time staying here, so I wasn't familiar with the area. There's a 7-Eleven right outside, and, well, that's pretty much it for the immediate surroundings. If you're working nearby and need a place to stay for just one night, I'd still recommend this hotel.

The location is not far from the airport, hence there is nothing around, except 7-11 in the front of the hotel. The room is simple, spacious, clean with modern style decorations.

Great hotel for the price. Situated in the Bang Na neighborhood, you'll live amongst the locals in a calm atmosphere. This hotel is well situated near BKK for your next morning flight.
I will come back for my next trips.

Hidden Gems Hotel is a great place to stay. Everything was good , parking, hotel staff, and the fast check-in process.

There were only two minor downsides: the bed was a bit too firm for my preference, and when I asked to borrow a spoon, I was given a plastic one instead of a regular spoon.

Overall, it is good value for money, and I would return again.

Quiet, clean and easily reached by car. Ample parking. Often fully booked. Great location for golf entusiasts and visits to Mega Bang Na.

Very good location, close to the airport and have convenient store next to the hotel. The room is new and comfy, also clean. I like wooden floor 😊

Hotel is ok EXCEPT they have filthy, moldy air conditioners. It was in my first room so I changed. The next room was worse, so bad that even the curtains near the A/C smelled like mold. It was hard to sleep and I woke up with nasal congestion and a sore throat. This is irresponsible management and POOR cleaning standards.
