Went there during hatyai flood. Luckily flood doesn't reach lobby but car park fully flooded. Hotel only provide 2 bottle of water, shampoo and soap. No house keeping was done. Registration staff wws rude an inhuman for trying chase away customer that stuck there even though they are willing to pay for extra night. There are plenty reserved car space in front of hotel building, without parking fee. Housekeeping very friendly, even we not asking for house clean, they change clean towel and free water bottle to us. Location is very near to market and train station. Nearby has big 7-11 convenient stall and famous Chinese restaurant.

It's a very good hotel. Shops, restaurants, everything is complete, no need to travel far. Opposite the hotel is a chill-out shop, I'm not sure. It's very noisy. Plus, I don't know how many people are staying in the room next door. The conversation is very loud since early morning because the room is not soundproof. I can hear everything. I'm a little annoyed. 🥹

Price wise so worth. But at night around 10pm to 1 am please bear with the noises come from nearby club. After 2am they stopped. Add ThaiBaht 100 for extra pillows. Got elevator no need to worry if brings stroller. If drive or have bike/scooter can park inside the building area, so convenient.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but La Pause is a property that is modern and simplistic. If walking up stairs is not an issue for you, stay here. There’s 24 hours ramen right behind the building.

I book this B&B every year. It has only 7 rooms and is very quiet.

Last minute booking for our trip to Hatyai. We bookedn2nrooms and stayed 1 night here. Nothing to complaint. All was good.

It’s a good place if you want to be away for the busy city and noise. Very relaxing. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The room facilities are complete, but the service quality still needs improvement.

We thought of staying here for only 2 nights but the place is beautiful, we decided to extend more nights here. Love the vibe, filled with nature, the staff is very friendly and nice, always making sure we are comfortable. Slightly far from Hat Yai central but worth it. We will come back here in the future :)

Very cheap price, accommodation near PTT gas station, there is a 7-11, the room is spacious, the bed is soft, the air conditioner is cool, there is a balcony and a table to sit and eat. The room is a house, it is a single house, very private.

This hotel caters for Thai peoole and is great value for them. Unfortunately we as foreighners found a lot of small irratating things and tbe hotel is not really tourist friendly.

The distance between the hotel and Hatyai city center is only 3 km. The hotel staff is friendly and the service is like in a 5-star hotel. Second time staying here, because the stay has a pool that is best for kids.. it is also best for adults, you know.. I highly recommend here, but the toilet in the room is not very comfortable because the bath is always stagnant.

The nite receptionist name Sisi was so helpful, I didn't have enough Thai bath n he told me it's ok " u can pay tomorrow" I gave him RM . As it was new year eve he advised us to be careful n even told us where to park our car n walk to Lee garden. His communication was perfect, friendly n smiled . The facility is quite old, found cobwebs in the room. First assigned a room with broken lock, then room with cobwebs. Aircond unit is faulty. Bidet also broken. Shower water pressure is low. No hair dryer too. The whole hotel is stuffy. Only advantage is parking spaces available.
