The hotel deserves a 7-star rating. Yes, it's shabby and old, but the rooms are large and cozy, with plenty of light and a beautiful view from the window.

There are ants, some of the sockets don't work, and it's easy to hit your head on the low ceiling while showering.

The area is quiet, and the city center is a short walk away. It's a good value for the money, but I doubt you'd want to stay there for more than 2-3 days.

I hope they start the renovations soon, but I'm worried the nightly rate might go up.

This hotel was once luxurious, and it's evident in the remains of its opulence: plenty of furniture in the room, a huge balcony, several windows, a good view, and excellent service.

However, the building hasn't been renovated in a very long time. As a result, we have ants in the room, a terrible toilet (although spacious), shabby chairs, and a small number of electrical outlets (some of which don't even work).

The hotel is definitely worth the money (there are no additional fees upon check-in and the reception is open 24 hours), but it definitely needs some renovation, which would certainly increase the price.

Receptionist friendly & checkin early 10 minutes.
The price very cheap and the furniture mostly made from wooden. My room the plug just can on the makeup table.recommended for u to bring extension plug. Location very strategic for those who like to walk around the city and visit famous place in hatyai.

I don't recommend this place! There was mold on the curtains, even on the lamp. The bedding smelled musty. The bathroom was never properly cleaned and was also moldy. There was a hole in the balcony in one spot because of missing tiles. It was a very unpleasant night; we slept with the balcony open to air out the room!

The Hatyai floods from last year have caused a lot of mold everywhere. The buildings are probably to blame! No girls during my stay.

The hotel is very rundown and appears to be undergoing maintenance. There was mold in the bathroom, and I noticed water larvae crawling in the toilet, which was quite unpleasant.

The prices are fair for this level of accommodation, but I would recommend thinking twice before choosing this hotel.

P.S. I stayed during the November 2025 Hat Yai flood. No alarms or safety instructions were provided by the hotel, and guests had to find their own way to safety.

Went there during hatyai flood. Luckily flood doesn't reach lobby but car park fully flooded. Hotel only provide 2 bottle of water, shampoo and soap. No house keeping was done. Registration staff wws rude an inhuman for trying chase away customer that stuck there even though they are willing to pay for extra night. They have food daily but never bother to help to arrange food for customers that stucked there. Hotel room is huge. However it's poorly maintained. Room has moldy smell. Aircond is cold enough, water heater is hot enough. Hotel distance is around 1km+ from lee garden.
