Had a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and cozy.

Not bad, the room is ok despite the old fashioned design but they had refurbished the toilet. There are in house massage so very convenience no need to go out. Overall just decent.

I visited Hatyai after the flood and had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient too. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is under renovation. All the facilities were enough for the budget we paid. Car parking is available.

I got very cheap price per night for this room. Big space room. The furniture is kinda old fashioned design. But the toilet is modern design. Currently the hotel is under renovation to be modern. Overall im satisfied, will come again to book here after complete renovation process ☺️

The location of Hatyai Merridian Hotel is excellent — very convenient and close to nearby attractions, which made getting around easy. However, the overall experience could have been better.
The cleanliness of the room was just okay, and there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of upkeep and attention to detail. The service was average as well — staff were helpful when approached, but not very proactive. The facilities were basic and functional, but nothing special.
Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay if you prioritize location, but there’s room to improve in cleanliness, service, and facilities.

The hotel is very clean, smell good, comfortable, and spacious. It is close to many eateries and a 7-Eleven. The location is very strategic. There is an option for either non-smoking or smoking rooms, which is very convenient for smokers like me.

Even tough a bit old but still passable ,the room is big,AC water heater all working very well,bath tub even a bit old but still usable.the reception lady was very kind let me check in early when see me bring kids along.the staff was all friendly.my kids loved to stay here with great views from the room
